Amazing team of staff !! Helpful discret and professional 🙌🏼
Medmark is a great Clinic with a good staff. Nicole is a great counselor that puts her clients needs first. It’s not just a paycheck to this company, many of the employees are sober addicts that have been through sobriety. Sarina the director is also top notch. If your struggling with opiate addiction this is the clinic you want to choose. Medmark saved my life!!!
Medmark Hayward is awesome! My husband and I have been in this program off n on 10yrs. We will never go anywhere else! N i recommend it to anyone who needs help! The staff is very welcoming qnd have great medication knowledge! Cassy & Donna are the BEST receptionist yet! They Always answer any questions we have, help resolve any of my husband & my needs with a smile on their face! They keep it clean! Ive had lots of great counselors in the past Katina, rebecca, Dulce & gigi(ex-director) which were there for me, encouraged me to stay healthy n sober! Always listened! Always made me, my husband and our 4 kids as comfortable as possible! Kat is my counselor now and she is also wonderful! She is real and real on point she is smart! Never been a dopefeen but great medication knowledge! I feel she has faith in me which pushes me to stay sober even more! Ray is my husband's counsel, he is great support, he makes us all feel very comfy. His testimony is strong he's been there done that like us! My husband doesn't like a lot of ppl but he opens up to ray! Serna, the new director, is doing a GREAT job! For everything they go thur there they still wake up early every morning n still come to work to help ppl like us! I respect it! Medmark Hayward keeps it clean. Keeps it 💯, keeps it safe, keeps it judgement free, keeps it freindly. Etc. Etc.
Medmark Treatment Center has been a life changing experience for me. As long as your going to take advantage of all that medmark has to offer and you really want to change. All the tools are there! Kelli and Allan truly care about their clients. So if your tired and ready for a change choose medmark!
To whom it may concern this is a ruthless company that cares about nothing but money. They almost killed me back in 2013. They didn't give a dam if died all they are is legal drugs dealers. No after care. No compation at all. Spent more than 28000$. So if you can try to find a more compationet clinic a place with a heart and blood not money running through their vains .
To Whom it May Concern,Legal drug dealers, no compassion for their clients. This place is horribly mismanaged and I have seen some of staff first hand make questionable decisions. I believe they are good people but this is a medical building right, so I feel like there should be some level of professionalism. There was even a point where they decided to laugh / make jokes about the patients condition when they clearly needed help.. and as someone whos been through it its just not ok to make fun of someone when they are at the lowest point in their life. Let me get into some more details about my experience here:These people seem to have no interest in actually getting anyone off opiates, rather they just want to give you your fix daily and collect that easy 400$ a week from you or your insurance. I've seen the same common traits and complaints from people that have come there for a long time, and sure it does help kick street drugs but the addiction to methadone is no joke either, and it has some very serious new symptom's tied to it.I think the owner and the staff need to be held accountable for poor business and social practices and need to start treating the patients like actual medical patients, not like druggies. Don't push them around and make them jump through hoops just so they can get your drugs because you know they are desperate enough to do it.When I came in for intake I discovered the doctor only works one time a week (if that, sometimes the doctor doesn't show at all or shows up extremely late) They have their intakes come in first thing 5AM and agree to a 2-3 hour intake process , mine took 7 hours, from the time they opened until closing.Overall I think this place(MedMark Hayward ,maybe the other MedMark locations are better?) needs to be reviewed and held to a certain standard in order to ACTUALLY help patients, I would like to see people actually speak out on their experience here because in my short time coming I've seemed to question many of their practices and if this program is actually the solution, or simply just a way to get "dosed" and forget about the problem until the next day.. many of their long time patients have come for yearsssss.. maybe this was their choosing.. but when I signed up I was told you find a good level for you then slowly taper down so that you can get off opiates altogether in 3-6 month maintenance programs, but from what I can see they prefer to keep people coming back forever. And if you inquire about the 21 day detox program, it just so happens that medical doesn't cover that! so you'll be paying 280$ out of pocket if that's the route you want to go. I recommend talking to a doctor or clinic that offers Suboxone(buprenorphine) This clinic MedMark Hayward was supposed to offer suboxen some months ago I was told(It even says they offer it now on a poster in their lobby!), but since the doctor is hardly there / only works once a week he hasn't got around to it. for MONTHS... It just all seems so unprofessional to me, Another concern is privacy. They say they care about anonymity / privacy but they use a flawed number system as well as constantly say your real name and birthday out loud in order to confirm you. Another one that bugged me was writing my social on many pages in the intake process, and computer forms. And then having said pages left sitting around with private information just sitting there for anyone to see that just happens to walk by which includes other patients, not just medmark staff... I really hope this message gets in the right hands and some actions are taken to improve the clinic and the experience overall, Not just for the patients but everyone involved. this opioid crisis is serious and it should be treated as such, it shouldn't just be an seen as easy paycheck and it shouldn't just be a place for patients to forget about the problem that brought them there to begin with. because EVENTUALLY they will still have to face that problem, or stay taking methadone forever at the cost of 380$ a week..~A Former patient and a concerned citizen
Very friendly staff/nurses 😄 and the counclers really do wanna help you succeed 💯
MedMark in Hayward is a methadone clinic and has been a life saver for not only myself but my family as well. The program is simple to enter and it's all about getting you stable and getting help. When you enter you're assigned a counselor, and if you're serious about getting stable, you'll quickly become friends. They've lived what you've been thru, they understand and never judge and can help with a lot of stuff not just addiction related. For a small organization, they're amazing and serve HUNDREDS of patients. Thank you for everything you've done and are doing for us patients and to help stop the opioid crisis here in the Bay Area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
