Esta es una queja directa a la señora :ZIBA AMED . Soy una mujer embarazada a punto de dar a luz tengo 3 hijos y este es mi 4, a lo cual ella lo primero que me preguntó al verme fue : otro hijo ,ahora serán 4 ?de una manera muy despectiva , luego al finalizar la cita con mi hijo de 12 años igual hizo un comentario hacia mi hijo , le dijo : deberías comer menos o bajar de peso porque hay muchos casos de diabetes en menores ( mi hijo está en sobrepeso mas no es obeso) pero que clase de profesional le hace este tipo de comentarios a sus pacientes ?? Creo que todos tenemos espejos en nuestra casas y no es necesario que nadie nos recuerde que nos vemos "gorditos" , creo que nadie está en el derecho de hacerte sentir mal con comentarios acerca de tu vida y cuerpo !! terrible !! Por otra parte empecé mi control de embarazo en esta clínica donde era usual que me cancelaran las citas sin aviso previo , perdí horas de trabajo para poder ir a mis citas y solamente me pedían disculpas x haberla reagendado , a la última cita que fui (llame para confirmarla) era con una trabajadora social que al verme llegar me dijo : que haces aquí ? Tu cita debería estar cancelada porque ya no eres paciente de nosotros y a mí no me están pagando por recibirte hoy , es enserio ? Pésima experiencia!! Considere dar 2 estrellas x el único hecho que parte de mi control prenatal tuve la dicha de ser paciente de la Dra. Katelyn que es una excelente profesional y supo explicarme cada una de mis dudas !!

El personal a veces es muy grosero y poco profesional. Deberia de tener mas disponibilidad en sus citas y nunca tienen espacio para nuevos pacientes!

They send out text to schedule you an appointment and when you try to schedule your follow up (per your doctor's time frame) they tell you none are available and to call back the following week. I really should give them 1 star. But the doctors are pretty good so 3 stars it is

Laura at the call center is extremely pleasant! She's so lovely, very helpful and kind. She makes me want to say yes to whatever she asks me to do! She's just so nice! She knew exactly what I wanted and go it handled easily without having me go around the loops. Laura, thank you and I hope you get recognized for your kind and hard work.

I am still waiting on a prescription request for CPAP machine supplies. I have not received a follow up. Have called 2 and requested follow up on telephone visit.

contact to the doctor and clinic is horrific. I needed a renewal for my heart medicine, I called the clinic, during their business hours, and the message said it was out site of their business hours. I got hold of a message taker that had no clue about medical care and told him I needed a renewal on my heart medicine. He said they would contact me. I have been off my heart medicine for a month now. I am definitely going to find a system that cares about the patient. Tiburicio Vasquez obviously does not.
