List of Alliance Medical Center's Reviews
One of the worst medical center ever , any time I make any appointments for any of my family member at least it’s getting canceled two or three times and delaying at least two weeks. If any one makes appointments 90% should expect the cancellation because it happened to me more then 15 times in two months. I wish I could give them zero star.
Cured me on pneumonia without insurance for under fifty dollars twice. In this country i dont know what else you could ask for.
No physical exams. One doctor who actually saw me in person (most are by phone) said, "Well but do you feel ok?" They basically just order tests based on what you say your symptoms are, which makes you your own doctor. Do you have an MD? Did you go to medical school? Do you see why this is probably not a good idea? Basic tests don't always pick up anomalies. Patients might not know to look for swollen lymph nodes or that weird rash on their back that they though was a bug bite. Very hands off. Dangerous. Go elsewhere if you possibly can.
Helpful staff
I just received a text message to let me know that they canceled my appointment. Very disappointed that Alliance did not call me before canceling my appointment.
I consider myself a survivor of medical care at Alliance Medical Center. My health progressively deteriorated in the years they were responsible for my care, until I became unemployed. It says a lot when a doctor within a practice warns you not to see another provider there. That Nurse Practitioner ended up blocking me from exiting the room, and screaming in my face. In another case less than a year before, a nurse practitioner who was my primary provider transferred my care to the head of the clinic after 30 months of neglect, harassment and manipulation. Unfortunately, the 2 good doctors I saw here left shortly after getting my case. I filed multiple complaints in my time as a patient for specialty referrals not made, tests not sent when they were supposed to be, incorrect medical records, harassment, and other concerns. If you already have health problems or would rather not be pressured to see a therapist and take mood medications when you need physical help rather than get healthcare... this is not the place for you. You can file against providers with your insurance company, the Medical Board of California, the Joint Commission and more. Certainly learn your rights and your doctors responsibilities if you become a patient here - they like to navigate their way around those.
Waited 30 mins in the waiting room to finally be called back, nurse asked me what's bothering me, I've had severe wrist pain for 3 weeks non stop..,&the dr. Offers to prescribe me ibuprofen which I've said multiple times doesnt do anything for my pain.i truly feel these people do not care about patients at all..,if I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor!&go somewhere else. This place is a joke
So you can call to tell me I'm due for a physical but didn't think to let me know my IUD expired 5 months ago...? That is so incredibly irresponsible I can hardly fathom it. I'm so disappointed, I don't even have the words to express my astonishment at your lack of patient support.
I went for a appointment and if the provider is running late you should be advised. I waited over a hour and still no doctor I had to leave because my daughter felt so sick
Under the care of Alliance, I lost employment. At my last appointment here, I was prevented from exiting multiple times when I stood to leave upon disagreeing with a provider and her becoming aggressive, upset that I would not agree with her and frustrated that I needed frequent medical treatment. She told me what an immense burden and cost I was to the medical system, left things out of my medical record and included false examinations or symptoms which had never occurred and were made up. I was a patient from 2016 until 2018 primarily under the care of nurse practitioners. At one point, my care was transferred to the boss Dr. Gonzalez due to one of their frustrations with me and my care looked hopeful, but Gonzalez left. Then I had good care under Dr. Benn, but after she left the remaining provider available to me was aggressive and insulting. The bad providers here caused me to endure medical conditions longer than necessary due to both lack of knowledge and refusal to acknowledge and treat various problems. There are many referrals which should've been made for me much sooner or were never made at all, and basic diagnoses such as sinus infection missed by one provider for an extended time then immediately realized by another. Some of these people have no idea what they're doing and their egos are harmful to their patients. I also had many experiences where referrals were mishandled, getting lost or not sent for extended time periods. My medical record was not correct under the care of at least 50% of the doctors I saw here which has effected me over a year after leaving. This is not a good practice for someone who needs quality continued care. I've been offered treatments that never ended up happening, and pressured into treatments I refused, was not seeking or had not previously worked. I was severely neglected, harassed, manipulated and pressured here. No one should ever go through this because they need medical help. I'm extremely thankful for the various doctors I saw here along the way who made a small difference in my time with them to help me avoid complete catastrophe. Please remember to ask for another doctor when you're mistreated and to file complaints.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
