Effective and comforting medical emergency treatment from the staff at Healdsburg District Hospital today. They were thorough in gathering data, analyzing and providing treatment and prognosis. A great hospital.

If I can give it a negative star I would. This place has the worst customer service personnel and receptionist. I’ve been trying to make an appointment that the doctor required for 6 days now and left multiple voicemails and even got to talk to 3 people and still have not been able to make my appointment. The receptionist said she will transfer me to the right person and then she just hang up. Do not use this place at any cost! Do not waste your time and money for a place that needs people who care and takes care of their client.

I just had several procedures performed leading up to a knee surgery by Dr. Tomasin, including x-ray, bloodwork other pre-op procedures and the surgery. The staff was friendly, expeditious, and very competent. The entire process was fabulous and don’t be fooled by the size of the facility, they are up to date on equipment and technology. I am very happy to know they are available to the people of Sonoma county and if I need more medical attention i will be going to Healdsburg District Hospital.

Had my hip replaced. Procedure was great, care was excellent and staff very friendly over the 2 nights stay. Even food was good!

We had the best ER experience possible at this local hospital. We came in with a medical crisis, were seen immediately, and given excellent care by highly competent nurses and MD. Extra effort was made to provide comfort to the patient and to us as family ( warm blankets for all!) and the team coordinated beautifully with patient's home physicians and arranged for a smooth transfer by ambulance to our own hospital back in the South Bay. The ER was clean, quiet and privacy honored. We were treated with warmth and consideration. Wish all ERs could be like this.
