Terrible care and bedside manner. Told us we we stupid during our appointment for something we chose to do that he didn’t agree with. I got tested for H. Pylori months ago and still haven’t gotten the results. I’ve called over and over. I have an ulcer and he doesn’t seem to care in the least. I have known Dr. Andolsen for 30+ years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He goes the extra mile for his patients He is caring, patient kind and thorough.I highly recommend him. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.

the office is absolutely incompetent - Billing , scheduling call backs , and most everything else is just deplorable !!!!!!

2018-2020. I was having trouble with my insurance company in the midst of a health crisis (a blood clot or DVT) and Dr. Andolsen was assigned as my new primary care doctor. He was very concerned, attentive, and took the time to listen to me and evaluate all my care options. He ran every possible diagnostic test to determine what caused my clot including multiple blood tests and sent me for an ultrasound to confirm it was resolving. He also has done a thorough, ongoing follow-up with me to help me manage my meds (eloquis) as the clot resolves. He also discussed future preventive measures. He answered every question I had thoughtfully. I felt a lot of confidence in his experience, intelligence, and careful methodical approach. I could not have asked for more from any doctor. He probably saved my life.

I am APPALLED at the care my father recently received from Dr. Andolsen.  He first went to see Dr. Andolsen because he was experiencing back pain as a result of falling off a ladder.  At the same time he had lost a bunch of weight.  Dr. Andolsen ordered blood work, yet when my father went back for his second appointment Dr. Andolsen hand't received the correct results back.  He then had to have another round of bloodwork.  Two weeks later he returned because he had been given a medication that was making him incredibly nauseous.  He had also last another 14 pounds in the two weeks since he had been there last.  Another several weeks passed and Dr. Andolsen ordered an ultrasound for my father.  He then suddenly changed it to an MRI without letting my father know why.  This MRI took another several weeks to happen.  My father had the MRI on a Friday, and was not scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. Andolsen not until a week from the next Monday because the doctor was on vacation and the entire office was closed.  My father was in so much pain that he went to the emergency room, where the doctor called for his MRI results and delivered the news to him that he has cancer.  I cannot believe that knowing that my father might have cancer this doctor drug his feet for almost two months and never once indicated to him that he might have cancer.
