This has been my Dr office for over 5 yrs. Tammy my favorite nurse is a great She goes above and beyond to help. All the office staff is great n friendly.Although I have never met Dr Thu I have not needed to. Penny Smith NP takes care of all I need. She takes her time and asks pertinent questions which definitely helpsDuring this pandemic when so many are rushing you through the office this office looks out for their patientsThanks guys

The best place to go when you have a doctors appointment

Dr. Thu is very caring and thorough with his patients. The staff there is very professional and polite as well. Ive been to the Hemet office a few times since making Dr. Thu my primary and its definitely been one of the best choices Ive ever made in terms of my health.

The Upland office and Dr Hatun and their single staff member are the most incompetent run office i have ever seen. Having a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Medical Finance along with a law degree gives me alot of experience with which to make this opinion. Dont trust your care to Dr Khtun or the senior physician Dr Hsu no matter what unless you are prepared to suffer serious consequences. The staff at the Upland office is rude and will cause you to have serious problems with your contnuity of care. Beware

Dr. Thu may be a wonderful doctor I have no idea but scheduling is horrible. I scheduled an appt for my brother. They said to see Dr Thu would schedule 3 to 4 months out. To see the PA was 1 month out. I scheduled the appt with the PA. When I called back to confirm I was told there was no appt scheduled at all. I had to reschedule. Both times I tried to schedule an appt for him I was told he had to see the PA. I told them I needed a letter for soc sec to become my brothers payee. They said Dr. Thu did not do that then they said my brother had to see the PA and if the PA said it was ok he could get an appt with Dr Thu after 3 or 4 more months. I understand people having a bad day but these women are the pits.

Dr. Thu is very professional. I could not have asked for a better doctor. He is definitely helping me. He has my highest recommendation.

this is a Great Dr.s office they are Nice and help me when ever I ask for it... The Nurse Tammy is Awesome and I have referred a couple of my friends here who love Cynthia the Nurse Practioner... And Karla makes my appointments and calls to remind me that I have an appointment....

In 2012 I was visiting the bathroom at work for messy bowel movements seven times a day. I had been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. This in addition to overactive bladder due to an enlarged prostate. This was affecting my performance at work and my supervisor suggested I take medical leave until I got things under control. Dr. Thu refused to approve my medical leave. This forced me into early retirement 10 years earlier than planned. I cannot recommend this doctor.
