Brahm Stephen's Online Review Report Card

They fit me in for a same day emergency appointment and, upon arrival, I was seen very quickly. Dr. Brahm was the third dr I saw for this issue and the first one who was actually able to help. After a week of not being able to walk, I finally have a diagnosis and some relief. He was funny and courteous. He helped me to get quick treatment and even offered me his home phone number if I had any issues after-hours. It was a really delightful experience. I highly recommend him and I will be back if I or my family ever need a podiatrist.

They don't care about their patients. They only hire incompetent doctors. Member services doesn't provide any help to members. I regret getting medical care in Hemet with the Hemet medical group

Dr. Brahm is an old school Doctor who knows how to take care of his patients. My husband and I came in with an ingrown toenail last week and Dr. took his time numbing my husbands toe before getting the ingrown out. Drs you see these days just stab your foot, my husband felt nothing. His professionalism and treatment are A1. So happy to find a good Doctor so local.

The receptionists was not informative and basically couldn't wait for me to hang up. How is this helping me?

My advice is find a different Podiatrist. This guy hasn't kept up with his profession's remedies for feet problems. At least in my case he had No good advice for me after 2 visits (over the course of 5 weeks). I remained in constant pain until I took it upon myself to find another doctor and physical therapy for my feet. After 4 weeks of therapy I have remarkable Improvement and can walk again. Doctor Brahms ideas are too slow-moving for me. Maybe if all you do is sit in the house all day everyday his advice would be a good idea for you. I'm an active person that wants to remain active and his ideas did not allow me to be myself, active. Final gripe: His receptionist told me to get there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork (??) Its 2021! These days they can be emailed and completed at home! That way you're not sitting in someone's office filling out paperwork for 30 minutes in the middle of a pandemic. Come on!

Billed my mother who is in her 80's via medicare, incorrectly. Caused undue stress on someone just looking for medical care. It's been over 8 months and still not resolved.

What people are saying about this medical group is correct. This is THE worst medical group in Southern California hands down. They have virtually no specialist of any quality, old hospital facilities in Hemet and Menifee Hospital is even worse. God forbid you get carted off to that place. They deny you seeing anyone who isn’t connected with there group. I’m changing.
