I’ve been seeing Dr Kolli for over 10 years. He’s a wonderful doctor. Great bedside manner. The office staff is absolutely amazing. They are willing to help you with any problem you may have, and go the extra length.

I like how Dr ching interacts with his patients, he's understanding on patients issues, however the staff is so far outta wack that they ALWAYS put on a MINIMUM of 13m8n EVERY single time, I'm out of a couple meds for a couple days cuz nobody handles the front with a sense of urgency, if your short staffed, then hire people, it's a no Brainerd, I've been dealing with this for about 2yrs, think it's about time to search for a new Dr, sorry Dr ching, uve always been a pleasure. Sincerely unsatisfied patient

Dr. Ching is amazing. He is kind and empathic which is hard to find in this area. He spends enough time with me to thoroughly go over all my concerns. The empathy I receive from him makes me see how much he really cares about me as a patient.

This is the best dr and office in hemet or San jacinto. Caring, efficient, friendly, on time, exceptional staff, I could not say one bad thing about this office or this dr. I have many health problems that I maintain and they took me into their practice after I had been in a few really bad practices, which in turn led my health to worsen. Dr Kolli owns his practice and they dove right in which I’m not used to! They all worked real hard to help me improve my health issues. This staff and this dr will call YOU if they haven’t seen you for a bit. They will call you if you don’t follow thru on the c@re you are supposed to. They never skip a voicemail or miss a response from you. Just today I called to ask for a quick refill but I called too early, so I just hung up and planned to call later. They called me back! Because they had a missed call! I thank each person as well as DR KOLLI for all the good care I receive from them. Dr Kolli literally restored my faith and trust in Drs.

The people in the office are super rude. Madu makes it known she is the Dr's wife and her attitude is not nice. You may be the prettiest person in the world but with an attitude like that make you ugly. I will never go to this Dr office ever again. Lulu was the nicest person at that office the day I went. I just hope people start treating people like they want to be treated. Dr kolli wasn't that bad as well.
