Irma was very polite over the phone and she comforted my wife and I to know our son could have proper health care. Elizabeth helped with updating our number in a very friendly and polite way.

Nunca tienen pediatra y te hacen venir y no te avisan son lo peor la verdad no la recomiendo para nada siempre es lo mismo y ellos piensan que tienes su tiempo te re programan para dentro de 15 días mas y así no la recomiendo para nada

Me gusta mucho el servicio,,En realidad todos aqui son muy amables...Lo unico esque ala hora que hables nunca contestan..Dicen que salen al lonche alas 12 y a esa hora y por eso no hay nadie al telefono,,pero yo e hablado antes y despues y nada...

They really helped me staff all super nice and polite! Had no clue what I was doing and they all were very helpful Dr. Shalaby was super nice also and very helful.

Bad experince. Getting money from my insurance as well as from me for the vaccination. Vaccination is preventive helath and my insurance's clear policy is there is no co pay for vaccination. But sending the wrong code to insurance to show them its the medical appointement and thefting money from my insurance as well as from me. Just for flu shots they got $147 from my insurance as well as sending me the bill for co pay. Many time I raised the complain to their office manager but no one is returning the call and everytime when you follow up with them the lady is not available just leave the message and no one is responding back. This drama is going on since last 5-6 months. We are six family memebers feeling regret to choose this clinic as a primary care. Now I am changing my primary care phsicians as well as for my kids.

Do not let the generic name fool you. These guys are AMAZING and never once have I felt like I was at a 'clinic'. They are caring, professional,diligent and on top of their patients needs. The level of care I have gotten here for 7 months is better than any doctor I have dealt with since I moved to this valley. They are clean and affordable for low income, but never make you feel low income if that makes sense. I would bring my newborn grandson here if he lived close. I could go on and on. In house labs and x-rays guys!

Un lugar donde las aseguranzas juegan su papel,x k te cobran los k les da su gana,la clinica,tuvo la culpa de todo lo k me estan cobrando simplemente x ir a un fisico k solo pagaba el co-pay....es ridiculo como nos ultilizan para hacerce ricos acosta de uno,ahora estoy extresada viendo como pago un bill de $900dlls nomas x ir a una clinica k me hecho mentiras k si aceptaba mi asegu...cuando no era quisiera poner mucho mas pero no dejan. Solo les digo que es una clinica deshonesta como los doctores.aparte de cobrarles alas aseguranza nos cobran a nosotros un dineral...k horror 😡

Customer service who is answering the phone is very bad.

This clinic is awesome!!!  At first u will be greeted by a security lady assist u to get in all the way- very nice! The front desk lady, Amy,she is pleasant & full of patience for all the inquiries & questions I'm asking her. She gave me answers that I would understand. Without any annoying facial gestures... Compared to other clinic. The technicians whose taking care of patient vitals are all pleasant,too! I admired all the staffs in this clinic. With of course! especially mentioned, Dr. Moshen Shalaby he's great!! He did above & beyond checking & treating me imagined this, he walked w/me all the way to X-ray dept. I am limping bcoz of my injured knee pain. Other Dr.they just tell u to go to that direction alone. But he didn't, he assisted me all the way back to that clinic. He listens and helped me w/ my health issues. Very compassionate Doctor-that we rarely see nowadays...Bless ur Heart Dr. Shalaby!!! It's greatly appreciated what u have done treating me. Thank you all so much for being so kind to me. I feel I was treated right in this clinic... Thank you Joyce from X-ray room u r also awesome! The lady who did my blood work as well. Thank you!!
