Judith Ko's Online Review Report Card

I went do Dr. Ko with a broken tooth that ended up needing to be extracted. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time because of bad experiences and anxiety. Dr. Ko and her staff were nothing short of amazing.  They were so kind and gentle and reassuring and told me everything they were doing every step of the way, which put my mind so at ease.  I am so grateful to have found a great dentist!

On October 28th I wrote a post here in Hemet News regarding Dr, Judith Ko who had taken over Dr. Bob Straubingers dental practice. Those of you who have been following my post know that Dr. Ko reached out to me and asked me to call her to discuss this matter. I have just finished speaking with Dr. Ko and we have both apologized for this mess. It is apparent after speaking with her that the fault is not with her office or with us. She bent over backwards to be agreeable to me to the point that I had to tell her that I was truly embarrassed to have written the post. We have come to a mutual agreement about the situation. I dont know if I told you that we had not yet met. We were to have met next month at an appt that was made by Dr. Bob for our 6 mo cleaning and check up. We are actually moving out of state and were waiting until we had completed that appt before leaving CA. The appt was important to us because it would then give us plenty of time to look for a new dentist. When I told Dr. Ko that, she said she could get me & my husband in for a cleaning before we left if that was ok with us and this one would be covered by our insurance. I accepted. So with that being said, I hereby apologize to Dr. Ko, her office, and all of you. I was wrong to assume that she was only out for money. As for the person who spoke to Dr. Ko about my earlier post, I thank you for putting us together because it caused us to communicate with each other and that was a good thing.

Dr. Ko and her staff provides a comfortable and calming atmosphere for her patients. She alway listens to any questions you have in detail and answers on how she will address the concerns. She clearly outlines her treatment plan and schedules based on your comfort level. Her and her staff has always provided best service and care. Definitely recommend Dr. Ko to anyone who needs a trustworthy dentist.

Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Ko is very good at what she does, and has excellent chairside manners. If you’re looking for a dentist, this office should be first on your list.

I have been seeing Dr. Ko for over ten years. She is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever seen! She and her staff are professional, courteous, and extremely efficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kos for well over 10, maybe 15 years now. She is SO conscious of being gentle she has helped me through a major dental phobia I came preequipped with years ago. Her staff is always wonderful and professional. Love, love, love her!
