I had cataract surgery on my right eye in October of 2015 with Dr. Nambiar. She was great. Now, in September 2021, six years later, I need the left eye done. When I called for my records to be sent to my new Opthalmologist - I moved - I was told to have the new office call and request the records. The new office (Kaiser Permanente!) called and were rudely told by the staff that there were no records. I work in records management and medical records should be kept by the office for at least 10 years, if not indefinitely.

Waiting room needs to be updated and the air conditioning doesn’t work. My moms appointment was for 10am it’s noon and they just called her in. My dad had a appointment last week and he got called back an hour and a half past his appointment time.

She did excellent job, doing surgery on my husband, eyes and now he can see better, then he ever did before in his life. I thank her, for all she has done for my husband eyes, and now he can have a better life seeing thing better.

All they have is Ugly eye glass frames...but the ones who buy them, they're either shy and/or too "sweet" that they don't want to offend the seller or they just have straight out bad taste, but is a shame that there is no one to offer a variety of frames...one reason perhaps...they don't have the knowledge to make the lenses with different stylesSad...but seemingly true....

Have seen Margaret for many years. She did my cataract surgery I see very well now she's taking care of people other people I've known. I've always talk to her she explains things to you. I've never had a problem with her would suggest anybody that needs a doctor to go to her.

If I could give Dr. Nambiar a 0 I would. Her attitude is very standoffish and by NO means is she kid friendly. While explaining things she wasn't too clear on what should be done to help fix the problem. If the patient doesn't understand what the Dr is trying to recommend It should be her responsibility to make sure the patient does understand before they leave her office.

Dr. Nambiar has been wonderful, helping me with an eye infection. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I recommend her very strongly!
