List of Rancho Family Medical Group- Hemet's Reviews
Dr. Ching is compassionate and caring person.
I had an MRI performed 11 days ago, and after not hearing anything from my doctor, I finally called to follow up. I was told that my results had been reported the day after my MRI, and had just been sitting there. No notification from my doctor about the results. Not a text, not an email, not a phone call. I am super disappointed. They tell me they are putting in a consult for ortho and physical therapy. And I’m assuming I’ll have to follow up on that too. This is a doctor I have seen for several years and I just feel really unimportant. I specifically chose this group because I used to receive really good care and now I don’t really feel that way.
Horrible. They have cancelled every visit I have made. When I finally got in they told me i would need two appointments to set up care a visit to say "hello" and another for my free physical. I paid $150 for the "hello" appointment. Just got my bill for that appt in the mail they want another $180. The doctor didn't even touch me and they refused to do my free physical appt until later. I made an appt for my son a few weeks ago and they made the wrong one AGAIN. I made one for my daughter and they cancelled it without telling me. This place just seems scammy.
I like the doctors, but I typically have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I could die before then. Half the time they push me off to an assistant and I don't get to see the doctor.
Dr. Steven Ching and anyone in this medical group is so stuck on themselves but they really are incompetent fools. Office staff is horrible as well.
The staff here is fast efficient and friendly.I am very fortunate to have Nurse Practitioner Ana Diaz as my Dr. Her attention to detail and the ability to point further health concerns with direction for improvement is something I'm grateful for.Dr Madrid and Rancho Family are lucky to have her there.Thank again
I've been trying to get an appointment since jan 3rd it's the 17th and still no luck no one picks up the phone taking my business else where.
This was my first time with this office, but not with Rancho Family Medical. A couple of days before my office visit, I received a link to check in electronically. Pretty standard questions and confirmation of my medical information. The appointment was at 8:50. I was instructed to show up at 8:35. I walked in (with a short line ahead of me) at 8:30. The front desk was juggling phones and in person patients but the line moved pretty quickly. I paid my copay and got some paperwork to confirm my medications. Probably less than 5 minutes after getting my paperwork, I was taken to the exam room. The nurse, Kristi, was very sweet and understanding of my anxiety. After my vitals, she left and the PA-C, Abigail Kent, came in very shortly after. Abigail has a very warm, cheerful disposition that put me at ease. She addressed what I came in for (and didn't lecture me for 20 minutes on my weight, which I've dealt with before with other medical offices-- so it's a big deal for me. ) Over all, really nice people that do their job well. Despite my anxiety, I left feeling more comfortable than when I came in. Really glad to have found an office nearby that I can rely on.
I received the worse customer service after two days of run around and insurance information. I would be embarrassed to be involved with this organization!
I do not want to give them any stars. I've been charged $565.25 for one prescription to get my medication. My insurance company paid them $425.13 Now they are after me for rest of the money when I cannot afford to pay.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
