I love the PAs here they are wonderful. But the office staff is not good. They have made mistakes after I tell them clearly more then once. They do not answer the phone but take it to answering machine almost every time. You have to wait a few days to get a call back if you get one. I'm very frustrated but will stay for now because of the PAs. How long I don't know. Dr. Koka needs to care alot more about her office staff and their performance.

I apologize for these patients and thank them for their honesty. That being said, Koka has been taking care of a lot of people for a long time and has done a lot of amazing work. Maybe we could all remember that. That being said, they do need to better start answering their phones. The only way is up from here!

I HATE this office. None of the people here ever know what is going on. I always have issues with them regarding ANYTHING. I had an appointment with the doctor last week and she said she put in my referral for LabCorp. I went today and I waited two hours. Nobody could find my referral. So I called Dr. Koka‘s office 30 times. They only answered once and I asked her to send my referral and she said she’d fax it to LabCorp right now. I waited another hour, still no referral. I was the last person in LabCorp because everyone had left already. Dr.Koka’s office called me 30 minutes after I got home saying that I need the blood work to be done. Nobody can ever get it together and they definitely don’t care about any of their patients. They should be closed and I am definitely switching doctors.

They won't even answer their phone I'm having to drive to the building just to get these women to fill my prescription

I HATE these people. I have never witnessed such blatant disrespect, laziness, bad attitudes, curt responses and lack of professionalism in a damn DOCTORS office. They act like you're bothering them, I really can't believe they're still in business. They DON'T care about patients, they're only there to get paid. This office staff and doctors have no integrity, empathy or compassion for the people they signed up to care for. I don't know where to start but I am going to take action against this office. If they don't care enough to at least answer the phone they shouldn't deal with anyone's important medical care/business. I will no longer be a patient here I know I will find a doctor and staff that truly CARE about patients. You all should be ashamed if yourselves.

This is the most horrible group of staff members that I have ever endured. They do not listen to a word that you say. They are abusive gas lighters and because they do not listen, would rather argue and minimize you as a person. They ask the same questions over and over, which tells me that they do not care enough to even look at your records. When they do, they get your information mixed up and confused. They are not proactive when they send you to a specialist (or get blood work). They are like a bunch of clowns in a small circus car.They will literally yell at you and blame you for THIER mistakes and incompetence. They should not be practicing. Doctors like this is why people die! Not only are they negligent and non pro-active, appointments with them are so stressful that you go out of your way to avoid them.I have decided to change doctors. To anyone else who is smart enough to make this same decision, please look at all of the details. Our choices are very few and Dr. Koka is a part of 85% of the practioners listed. Find a Doctor that does NOT have her name associated! Good Luck to all of you!!

Really bad doctor. This doctor has tried to get all the patients she can to make more money billing the insurance, but her service is really bad. They say they will call you and are either late or never call. They send you for lab work and layer claim they cannot find it and send you again. They don't answer the phone, or they place you on hold all the time. I finally moved my mother in law from this terrible office they call a doctor office. It should be reported and shut down. I am going to report to the insurance company. Sorry, you don't deserve any stars.

I have been calling and no answer, and finally they answer and schedule me an appointment and they never called me. Now i try calling back and always to voicemail. Horrible!!!!!!

I changed providers so that I could get my dental work done … otherwise I’d never ever ever be dealing with this establishment. They hardly answer calls, do NOT return calls even if you leave numerous messages for a call back BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER SAID CALLS IN THE FIRST PLACE (see the run around there?), and they don’t process prior authorizations and referrals in a timely manner. I saw my doctor on August 11th and my insurance didn’t get a prior authorization request for pain management until September 3rd. Then I had to call 3 times just to have them send my imaging to pain management you AFTER I GOT IMAGING DONE. Now the “new” process for medication change supposedly requires a supervisor to sign off on the change even though a DOCTOR… A MEDICAL DOCTOR wrote the order… and I’m supposed to pick up the medication and take it to my pharmacy BUT MY PHARMACY IS IN THEIR BUILDING… it is THEIR PHARMACY. I suppose all of this was supposed to magically resolve itself. The referral and prior authorization was supposed to send itself. At this point I am more than done. I resorted to calling my insurance to put in a complaint because honestly, its toooooo much. I don’t know how many other people get treated like dirt. Insurances need to know how their members are getting treated. These people are getting paid top dollar for subpar service at best. I’ll be the squeaky wheel if need be.
