Doctor Ching is open and kind. He really listened to me and answered my questions. He did not make me feel rushed. He took his time discussing my blood work and setting up a plan for better health. Really like this Doctor. As a patient I felt cared for.

My most recent visit to Rancho Medical on Stetson in Hemet followed the pattern of my visits from the beginning… good notification on signs, well placed and in several languages telling everyone what their social distancing/mask policy is at that time. Friendly, courteous receptionists. The standard 10 - 15 minute wait in a clean, cool, well ventilated space with actual living plants.When called to enter the back offices I have experienced friendly gentle handling by all staff when I was nervous or apprehensive about a procedure or the outcome of it.I have always been treated medically, with my input valued and understood by Dr. Steven Ching. That is very important to me as a patient.All of the above is important to me as a patient/person and I am very happy with Rancho Medical and Dr. Steven Ching

Dr. Ching took very good care of me. He answered all my questions regarding my medications and he responded immediately to my email as soon as my bloodwork was done to let me know what I needed to do next. I am very pleased and satisfied with his level of care for his patients. I am very much appreciate it. Excellent job!
