Great Doctor with very good bedside manner. Friendly Staff that is totally over worked. They don’t follow through with routine business because they are over worked. Rx’s never get refilled the first time. Lab tests over 50% of the time are never sent to the lab. Solution Hire Additional Staff to cover your workload.

Dr Tuns office will almost never return calls. Cant get a nephrologist referral even though the ER Dr. Lloyd recommended I get a referral because of my ER Lab results. Over a 5month period the Dr. has not been able to diagnose my chronic lower back pain chest pain and chronic mailase even though he has ruled out heart problems. Im sick and nauseous and lack of energy everyday. I cant return to work until this is resolved. On the other hand Dr Tun seems to be knowledeable and is eager to explain and he is generally a personable approachable doctor. Everything in my ER chart points to a kidney problem but I cant get a referral from Tin Tun and I dont understand why not. My condition is worsening as the weeks go by. I asked for a blood test in February but the Drs assistant asked me to wait for six months even though my previous lab was over a year prior. So Im done and Ill move on to a compassionate doctor who will resolve my kidney disease. Dissappointed.

front desk staff never answers the phone. not no friendly. waited 40ming when the office was empty.

Good doctor but IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. In the three or so years he has been my physician NOT ONE of my SEVENTY or so messages has EVER been returned and his office has only answered the phone TWICE. ALL other calls have gone to voice mail. Im disabled with severe chronic back pain but today I get to use my walker to hobble to the car and drive to his office to request the results of an MRI because as always my several messages over the past two weeks have been ignored. 0

Im a new patient its been 3 months and I havent seen the doctor because no one ever answers the phone.

This office use to be great but it has gone downhill over the last few years. It is so sad to see these changes at this Doctors office. Now no one even answers the phone half the time and the dr. never follows up or notifies you of any lab work or xrays that he may order.
