Went there to get a tooth extraction ended up prior to that replacing all my metal fillings which with no information sounded like a good Idea not knowing that new white filling cause sensitivity and pain I've went back 2 or more times complaining and have been in chewing and sensitivity pain over a month now. Advise and tell people that white filling are gonna cause hot/cold discomfort don't tell us afterwards and were stuck like this it's about US and our well-being not just about office making money. Today I Just waited a hour in lobby to be seen then 30 mins in the chair waiting for a so called simple adjustment after so long I had to use the restroom was told Its out of order. Had to leave to go to restroom was so upset with this whole process I couldn't make myself go back due to all of the frustration from day 1 of going there. Dr Gonzalez is more concerned on and about his phone then about his patients, full speed rush drilling instead of taking appropriate time. Was told if you feel pain raise your hand I did over and over again and he just kept drilling I almost snapped. Why say raise your hand if your not gonna slow down or stop. Then I get told don't do that when he hits a spot that make my whole body jump from pain, faster then I can raise my hand. If you have 2 or 3 hours to wait in the lobby and then 20 to 30 mins in the chair and then be rushed in your treatment this is your place. On another note some dentist there are kind, informative and excellent. As of date mouth still hurts and I don't want to make another appointment for a simple adjustment and it takes 3 hours or more. When I have a appointment for a certain time. Wait time with appointments here is ridiculous and makes no sense.

Western Dental in Hemet, CA - It’s been over 12yrs. since I saw a dentist due to mental stress my son suffered from a Dental Medical Procedure that he received that he ended up on life support during the pandemic, BUT he made it through. March 2026 …I needed teeth extractions, root canals, etc. The care the Doctors & Assisting Technicians has been very Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient & Encouraging for me. Thanks So So very much! Jobs well done/doing! Jewelene B.
