Don’t go here. You’re just a name with $$ sign. They don’t care about you and will treat you bad and unprofessionally. The receptionist lack basic customer service and communication skills. I watched them treat everyone in a cold manner, not welcoming, warm or personable. For the last two times that I was there I had issues with there receptionist. The manager Brenda and another tall skinny receptionist also lacked basic service skills and are the most unprofessional, rude and inhumane individuals I have ever seen working in the medical field. There is plenty of optometrist around so look for anyone in a privately owned office would be much better than this company like setting place. Check out other reviews below to find out more horrible stuff that they do. I am out o here !!!

I called in to make an emergency appointment and they hung up on me after I asked them if they could take my husband in to be seen (twice). Very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t go there, if they don’t care about patients and their needs than that’s a red flag for sure. FYI, I am not a Karen and I hate leaving bad reviews, I always leave good reviews for people, but I felt like I had to warm people. Maybe, the doctor is nice though because I only dealt with the staff.

Great experience! They took me in as a new patient and was helped immediately. I had a foreign object in my eye that scratched my cornea. Thanks to everyone I am now at home without any discomfort. Thanks again!
