Jennifer B Krasnoff's Online Review Report Card

I've been seeing Dr. Krasnoff for several years now, and have always had good experiences, even though I get biopsied every time. Not fun, but necessary. She's very careful.The office staff in Hercules are always very welcoming and on top of things.

How Dr. Krasnoff can receive anything less than 5 Stars? (and I rarely give out 5 Stars for anything). She's caring, compassionate, professional & highly knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family, (she's ben doing an excellent job for us for years). Her staff is very professional, the office is beautiful, parking is easy and she has just about every "high-tech" piece of equipment you'd ever need. In short; Her office is everything you'd want when going to any Medical Provider's Facility.

Technically she seemed fine. I was happy with the outcome. But she did not communicate well, and obviously had not looked at my chart before talking with me each time. She tried to sell me hair removal when I had already gone through such and didn't need it. For the laser work she was proficient, but she left me feeling untrustful with regard to future dermatology needs.

The wait is awefully long. I arrive on time for my appointment but still have to wait an additional 30mins for the doctor to see me. Other than that i love her she's nice and very understanding.

Dr. Krasnoff is as competent and talented as they come.   She is very nice and knowledgeable about new techniques in dermatology.  She is very professional as a doctor, so she won't sell you things you don't need or things she knows won't work.  She  fits the mold of "under sell and over-perform."   Some of us want miracles to keep our faces beautiful and young.  While we wait for a miracle, Dr. Krasnoff is among the best that's out there.  Sorry for the person with the review about scarring.  People scar differently and sometimes it's better to leave a scar, than to trade it for another.  I would definitely recommend her, especially to people who are looking for someone to help maintain a youthful appearance.

She is thorough and precise.

She was quite dismissive with my concerns, and made a joke about my skin in front of her assistant who was also in the room for the entire visit.. who does that? Seemed like she did not want to be there, I am definitely finding another doctor in the area.

Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff is very disrespectful of the time and scheduling of the patient. I waited almost an hour at my appointment before deciding to leave and reschedule with another doctor. I will not schedule with her again due to her disregard for a patient's time and travel for an appointment that should have taken 15 minutes.
