List of Jennifer B Krasnoff's Reviews
I've been seeing Dr. Krasnoff for several years now, and have always had good experiences, even though I get biopsied every time. Not fun, but necessary. She's very careful. The office staff in Hercules are always very welcoming and on top of things.
How Dr. Krasnoff can receive anything less than 5 Stars? (and I rarely give out 5 Stars for anything). She's caring, compassionate, professional & highly knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family, (she's ben doing an excellent job for us for years). Her staff is very professional, the office is beautiful, parking is easy and she has just about every "high-tech" piece of equipment you'd ever need. In short; Her office is everything you'd want when going to any Medical Provider's Facility.
Technically she seemed fine. I was happy with the outcome. But she did not communicate well, and obviously had not looked at my chart before talking with me each time. She tried to sell me hair removal when I had already gone through such and didn't need it. For the laser work she was proficient, but she left me feeling untrustful with regard to future dermatology needs.
She is thorough and precise.
She was quite dismissive with my concerns, and made a joke about my skin in front of her assistant who was also in the room for the entire visit.. who does that? Seemed like she did not want to be there, I am definitely finding another doctor in the area.
I went in for her to look at my dry skin, dry scalp and a mole that i noticed change in. She said the mole looked fine and wanted to remove it anyway even though I did not want to. She tried to convince me that it should "because i noticed a change." She then was ready to leave and i had to ask her again about my skin and scalp. She prescribed me acne medicine for my dry skin and i told her my nose is already peeling not from acne?? so she suggested i just use it with a moisturizer. Once again I had to bring up my scalp because she was ready to leave and she prescribed me another medication. When i was leaving they tried to sell me recommended face wash. She does not care about you she just wants to make money.

Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff is very disrespectful of the time and scheduling of the patient. I waited almost an hour at my appointment before deciding to leave and reschedule with another doctor. I will not schedule with her again due to her disregard for a patient's time and travel for an appointment that should have taken 15 minutes.
This doctor doesn't listen to people, you wonder if she has a personality that is warm with her own family. She over charges in her fake derma office. She thinks she is running a day spa and all the while bills your visits with you insurance copay. scam?!
This "Dr." cares nothing for her patients. She is trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Whenever I had a question I felt that she had one foot out the door as she's responding, most of the time with something confusing that doesn't answer my question. The final straw was she told me she doesn't know why I keep coming to see her every six months. I had melanoma! It's recommended you get regular checks FOREVER after a case of melanoma. It just shows she didn't care about the well-being of her patient. She should own a day spa and drop the Dr. title. I absolutely do not recommend her to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
