I'm very impressed with Dr. Krasnoff. I switched to her when I was dissatisfied with my more local dermatologist who I felt was just not thorough enough. I was delighted to see that Dr. Krasnoff was very thorough, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer my questions and to examine me. She as well as her staff was very professional and friendly. She did a surgical procedure and it was painless and I healed quickly. The office is also beautiful, which is a plus.

Since the practice solicits Yelp reviews, mine is that the receptionist at the front desk was unbelievably blank and inattentive, and Dr Krasnoff seemed too rushed to give any real thought to my symptoms, none of which she resolved. Nothing positive about this experience.

Ive been seeing Dr. Krasnoff for several years now and have always had good experiences even though I get biopsied every time. Not fun but necessary. Shes very careful.The office staff in Hercules are always very welcoming and on top of things.

How Dr. Krasnoff can receive anything less than 5 Stars? and I rarely give out 5 Stars for anything. Shes caring compassionate professional highly knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family shes ben doing an excellent job for us for years. Her staff is very professional the office is beautiful parking is easy and she has just about every hightech piece of equipment youd ever need. In short Her office is everything youd want when going to any Medical Providers Facility.

Dr Krasnoff has done several surgeries for me and they have been flawless. No scarring whatsoever. She has always been totally professional with a great bedside manner.

Technically she seemed fine. I was happy with the outcome. But she did not communicate well, and obviously had not looked at my chart before talking with me each time. She tried to sell me hair removal when I had already gone through such and didn't need it. For the laser work she was proficient, but she left me feeling untrustful with regard to future dermatology needs.

Dr. Krasnoff is very knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. I originally made an appt for one skin problem, but the day I went in had woken up with an additional skin problem. She spent a lot of time explaining each problem and the best course of care for each, and why she was recommending them. I felt I was 100% taken care of, and already the next day both problems are 90% gone. I would highly recommend Dr. Krasnoff to anyone!
