BAD EXPERIENCE. Recovery Now prioritized that their COPAY will be paid first than giving Medical-Mental Necessity Help. Recovery Now refused to see the minors because of their Billing Errors which they failed to verify and re-verify accurately the Member's Benefit Coverage and Eligibility despite the Member expressed that they have Zero Copay. Also, they refused to make corrections on their errors. As little of $5 Copay per sessions, they upfront harassed the Member with less than 160 text character text the minor(child) cant be seen unless Copay been paid, up despite their services based on a CPT Code has been paid in Full 100% by the Insurance. Watch out your claims. Recovery Now upcoded to get more payments. Each child seen the provider less than 30-40 mins they billed for 60 mins it means they get paid twice. Fraud. Recovery Now claims to be an Outpatient Hospital while they bill for a Doctor's Office. The facility is not a credentialed Outpatient Hospital as Krystal claimed.
