I would actually give 100 stars if I could! I was one of those "I WILL NEVER HAVE ANY SURGEY PERFORMED ON MY BACK" people and swore by this. When my pain got so bad that I could not even walk I had no choice. I am so fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Rogers and I will forever be so thankful for her, Jeff Satterfield and the rest of her staff! She immediately understood what I was going through and what I needed. She and Jeff are compassionate, understanding, caring and most of all completely honest when it comes to diagnosis and surgery requirements. After care is also incredible so there is really no other doctor better to care for your orthopedic needs. I could write praise all night long but I think you all understand how I feel! Thanks again for all of the care that you and your team have provided!

Briefly: Tiffany Rodgers failed me. It took a (2nd) 5+hr surgery from a neurosurgeon to FIX & Remove things that Rodgers had done and FAILED to perform in the 1st surgery. I had zero positive results and a lot of continued pain after the 1st surgery . My complaints (after surgery) fell on deaf ears. I was told the surgery was a success and that my pain was from arthritis and inflammation of my SI joint. BUT !!!!, A 2nd MRI (ordered by the neurosurgeon) revealed: (1) - A device (placed by Rodgers) was compressing my spinal cord at discs L4/L5 (fused by Rodgers during surgery). (2) - Bulging discs at L/3 thru L/5 (that were supposed to be decompressed by Rodgers during surgery) were (also) still compressing my spinal cord. (3) - There was massive (most surgeon had ever seen) scar tissue formed after the 1st surgery, and had to be removed. No wonder I was in such excruciating pain after my 1st surgery !!!!!!! I spent the next 2yrs in continued (sometimes severe) pain and followed their advice/referrals for - therapy, pain management, pills, epidurals, and nerve blocks, with ZERO positive results !!! There was no (known) communications between referrals and Dr. Rodgers, just continued pain - WASTED TIME and MONEY !!!!!

Dr. Rogers' team of office staff is truly excellent and responsive. Dr. Rogers not so much.I started having lower back pain/leg numbness and expected to see Dr. Rogers. Instead, Dr. Rogers' P.A., Jeff Satterfield, whom I thought a doctor due to his stethoscope, came in. Dr. Rogers only came in later and stayed for about 5 minutes to read my prior x-rays or ct scans. Neither Mr. Satterfield (with whom I was alone at first) nor Dr. Rogers asked my permission to run their hands on my thighs before doing it, stunning me with the unexpected personal intrusion. I had to ask what they were doing and why. Doctor R. diagnosed my condition and set up further testing, but since her PA had told me I couldn't do certain back-easing moves (like toe-touching), I asked her what I could do. She said she'd talk w/me after the testing came back, and rushed out. For the 2d meeting, I refused the office trying to set me up to see only the P.A. After she had finished talking about 5 mins. w/me, Dr. Rogers again was in a hurry to leave. She refused repeatedly to answer any specific exercise questions, instead telling me I could do anything that felt good and not do anything that felt bad. Specifically, I could touch my toes, in direct contraction to her PA's statements. I also asked her, for the aqua physical therapy staff (and myself), for any specific guidance for my case re: water therapy treatments. She blew us off, saying the staff knew what to do. I left confused by conflicting advice and worried about left-leg numbness starting. Dr. Rogers had told me that surgery shouldn't be an option until I was at the "writhing in pain; couldn't sleep every night" level or until my left leg became more numb than it already was. ** I was thinking I needed a 2d opinion about that--not wanting any nerve damage to be permanent.** However, I agreed to try a epidural w/steroids. Again, the Doctor gave me no info up front about risks, etc. So, I wouldn't sign the hospital's "informed" consent until she told those upon me asking right then and there. Sadly, it epidural didn't work for more than 2 days.Leery now about dealing with this doctor, I though I'd try one more time determine what to do next. Today I came in for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and saw that she had double-booked me with what looked like a very elderly, first-time patient, whom she took at 9:00. At around 9:25, hearing nothing, I told the front desk staff that I had a 9:00, not a 9:30 appointment, and was leaving. My time is important, too. In sum, the patient must sit silent with this doctor. Her patient interaction with me was poor--as she said after she'd finished talking w/me but when I tried to get any answers, "Let me drive this train."

She is an excellent doctor. She was direct and on point. The surgery she performed was just over an hour to repair a herniated disc that is incredible. She is a complete professional. I was very nervous going into the surgery but my wife assured me that I could not have been in better hands and that she is the best there is and she was right. I am grateful to finally be pain free now. Thank you Dr. Rogers you are a true blessing.

Terrible!!! she seems great at 1st. Than after surgery your beat if your still in pain after a certsin time!! !! Her answers to questions if she answers is because she said so!!Still in pain after 2 years of her doing an ACD& Fusion!! Very disappointed!! You would think they would have followed up when I stopped going to her, even left her operation scheduler a nice medan went I'm going to another spine surgeon! NO CALL BACK!! ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!! SO SAD!!

Dr Rogers is perfect, good beside manner, compassionate, calming personality, listens, can’t say enough for her and the lumbar surgery she did for me.

Dr Rogers listens to me. She referred me to specialist for my shoulder. Dr Rogers orders PT that helps keep me mobile.

After years of suffering with back pain and inconvenience I found Dr Rogers. She not only understood what I was experiencing but felt confident that she could help. She Did! No more pain in my back or going down my legs. Not more wetting my pants. In one operation she took care of it all. The hospital stay was short and easy. After getting home the recovery so far as been boring but easy. Boring because I'm supposed to take it easy. If you are suffering look no further, I recommend her highly.Don't waste time, life is too short.

Got fitted for a $575 back brace that was impossible to wear - it was more uncomfortable more than my injured back. I felt like I was being sold undercoating at the new car dealership and sure enough - the insurance company (which normally pays for everything) refused to pay.
