Came to urgent care my daughter was seen by Carlene Wills, NP-C she is so Good with kids. I love the way she talk to my daughter It made her feel very comfortable. She Is one of the best urgent care providers I had. She cared about all my concerns and answerd all my questions. We need more staff like her. Also all the staff was very nice.

Dam it people, read the Google Reviews before you do business with someone, (we did not ) huge mistake, after spending 4 hours on the road, spending the night in Victorville, to make sure we were here on time, they wanted us to reschedule (we have had this appointment for a month. I guarentee you we won't be back. No wonder you have a Google Review of 1.6.

Im sure everyone knows that this is breast cancer awareness month and I had an appointment today with my favorite doctor, the one that saved my life twice now. If I dont wear pink during the month of October, Dr Siddiqui will ask me "wheres your pink?" Thanks to him being so persistent and being the thorough doctor that he is, Im a survivor!, twice over! He also wouldnt take no for an answer when he told me to get a colonoscopy. I had a great doctor during that too. Dr Grover found something, removed it and pathology said it was cancer too. She went back to see if she got it all and she did. Ive been very blessed to have such a great doctor. I got very sick once during chemo and I called him and he came to the oncology office to check on me. Hes been there with me on my journey since day one and I love him dearly for that. So, I will always say good things about my doctor and Desert Valley Medical Group. And to everyone fighting breast cancer, keep fighting, dont ever give up!

Carlene was amazing with our daughter yesterday!! She interacted with her while doing her examination and when giving us the diagnosis she was thorough and precise and made it very easy for us to understand how to help our daughter! Thank you so much Carlene for your hard work and dedication!

Had to take my son into urgent care to be seen. The staff was friendly and efficient. My son was seen by the nurse practitioner Krystle. She was friendly and put my son at ease. She asked a lot of questions which I feel helped to narrow down what he needed to help him get better. She was thorough and answered all of our questions so we understood the treatment she was prescribing. To me this helps makes the stress of the situation go down. I just want to say thank you to the staff and nurse practitioner Krystle for being so kind and efficient to my son and I.

I have never done a review before, but Yesterday I went to the Urgent Care and saw the NP Krystle, and i felt the need to. from the moment she came into the room we felt comfortable and cared about. It was nice to know that we could ask questions without feeling rushed or dismissed. Thank you, krystal and staff for a great experience! We will certainly be back. Does she do primary care?
