When I was 18 this doctors office screwed up my credit with a $61 collections bill. There was a mixup (I thought my health insurance through my dad had no co-pay), and they sent it to collections. I'm 30 now, but still bitter. Healthcare in America is a joke, and this office is proof of that.

The office staff is rude and has no problem yelling at you and hanging up the phone multiple times. They will make sure you know they don't need you as a patron and they can get funds from elsewhere.

Amazing experience with Dr. Hansen, was nervous for my appointment but it ended up being a fun experience to meet him. He is very skillful at his job. I would highly recommend. He's had 21+ years of training and treats all his patients with respect.

Dr. Hansen and his office have been very helpful and supportive. I've had a challenging year after the passing of my dad and their office taken good care of my mom and has helped me complete the necessary steps to make sure mom receives the additional supports she needs.

He's ok. Don't like that he hunts. Only saw him once in 3 years , usually his nurse practitioner who's good. The front desk is sometimes confused. 3 stars.
