Josephine Montana's Online Review Report Card

I have been Dr Montana’s patient for many years. The girls in the office are always polite and are very professional. During my visits Dr. Montana is very through. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and explains everything to my understanding. I will continue to recommend others to her.

She gets no stars put it like this DR Montana’s no good. Just throw away the whole doctor you call they don’t answer I wouldn’t recommend them for anything completely TRASH.

Never going here again!!! The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional! they have no respect and act like they are your friend or something. Never going back 😡

Dr. Montana is everything you would want and need from a doctor, and an all around wonderful person. She takes the time to listen, answer questions and to help you in every way possible. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her patients are living the best and healthiest life. Her office staff is very caring and helpful with all her patients needs. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. I have been a patient of Dr Montana for several years and so have my children and grandmother. She has helped me through a lot of health issues and she is always there for me. There is no other doctor or staff that I would trust me or my family’s health with. We love Dr Montana.

No other doctor could figure out what was wrong with me until I went to doctor Montana. She took the time to make sure the correct tests were conducted. She also sent me to the specialist to check for things that no other doctor would do. After all my tests were conducted and I saw the specialist I had multiple issues and needed stable medication. Doctor Montana made sure and continues to make sure that I am stable and able to function. Before this, I could barely function at work and half the time could not attend. Doctor Montana saved my life.

I would not recommend this doctor. She does not listen very well and most of the staff is rude and unprofessional. It is hard to get a hold of them and when I finally get through, I've been left on hold for 30 minutes. I have left numerous messages and they don't return calls promptly or sometimes not at all. One of the girls who answers the phone never knows what is going on and I'm given the runaround. Even the manager is rude and unprofessional. After speaking to the manager regarding an issue, things still did not get done right.Overall the quality of care received is not good.
