Dr. Phaguda has been my PCP since I was a child. He is very caring, attentive, and knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and efficient. It is very easy to schedule an appointment and be seen by him quickly. Unlike other doctors I have seen, Dr. Phaguda actually spends time with his patients and I do not feel rushed. He also incorporates personalized healthy lifestyle advice into his care, which I greatly appreciate it. He is open to refer you to specialists and he always follows up with you. I highly recommend him.

We are so blessed that my New health plan has Dr Paul Phaguda, MD as a preferred provider. Dr Phaguda has been our family physician for 20+ years. What is important about Dr. Phaguda that he is also a Board Certified with the American Board of Family Physicians. Which is an honorable certification from a American Board demonstrating a physician's exceptional expertise in Family Medicine, which is from Babies to Seniors. Dr Phaguda is already an outstanding Medical Doctor with his compassion and care for our family. It is reassuring to us and I will think for his patients as well, with his Board Certification, Dr Phaguda has taken the extra steps that many physicians choose to take, to demonstrate that they know the latest advancements in their medical specialty.Bob Sleiman

Dr. Phaguda has been my doctor for twenty years and I highly recommend him. He is a respectful and compassionate physician who will spend quality time with you and is ready to answer any questions you have. He emphasizes preventative care making sure I get all my screening exams as I get older and gives me advice on healthy lifestyle habits. His staff is friendly and it is easy to get an appointment that fits my busy schedule.

Dr. Phaguda,Has to be the worst family practice in the high desert.Very rude, unprofessional and does not resolve the issue. Constantly arguing back and worth. He wanted nothing to do with me once I told him I switching doctors. He’s not busy for a reason.This is your warning. Do not go to him.

DO NOT USE YOUR MEDI-CAL INSURANCE TO VISIT THIS DR. He did seem knowledgeable, however he was very condescending as he responded to me by saying "maybe you should find another Dr that will accept you Medi-Cal insurance." He also tried to insist that our visit was over before even addressing all the reasons I was there. Worst medical care I could imagine, I would even feel bad recommending this dr to my worst enemy.

I like Dr. Phaguda bur he only does the minimum in exams and it is hard to reach anyone at his office. I have been calling from 1:00 when they are supposed to be back from lunch - it is 3:35 now and they are still not answering their phone. The last time they did answer I was put on hold for 7 minutes.
