List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
PA Alice Wong, and her assistant Marlene, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions for both of them, and they answered my questions, with a smile on their face.A total “breath of fresh air”
After dumping Choice Medical group, my first experience with St. Mary's was something that I have never experienced before. A doctor who takes time with her patients. Dr. Rodriguez and her MA Terri have been awesome through this experience these past few months. Dr. Rodriguez has gotten more done for me in 4 months than Choice medical ever did on 4 years. On the other hand I had to see a new doctor for a medical release and I did not care for Dr. Aung. He lacks in the communication department and keeps his patients waiting to long.
Dr Tao Suehong is a joke. If you can go anywhere else run in that direction to say the least.
Going to give you 5 stars today. My mother, Karen needed a refill of a important medicine today and you provided. Since you are closed tomorrow she was worried. Thanks
They don’t care about your problems and they do not adhere to your wishes . I’ve been having pain for a year now no test has shown nothing ...no muscle relaxer helps and all they want to prescribe is medicine to make u drowsy to sleep and nothing to every help you. These doctors are not doctors they only go to work for a check and don’t care about how you feel . There’s no compassion towards patients. None what so ever.
If I could give -5 stars I would! This place is absolutely awful! The doctors act like they're too good for the world and refuse to fill out any paperwork that is required for work. It took my job basically contacting them for them to fill out the paperwork and because they were forced to they poured and stormed out of the office like children. And every doctor I saw for the same illness gave me a different answer and said I needed antibiotics but never prescribed them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Not even satan himself. Sad to say my old health center was better and they misdiagnosed me twice.
My first visit was a very bad experience PA was very unprofessional just gave me pain meds which did nothing called to see someone again same results uncaring PA where is the Dr.? Took ex rays was told to check back in couple days for results no answers finally heard 5 days later still in bad bad pain! Do not go to this facility your putting your life in danger! Quite obvious owner doesn't care poor poor business practices
Really like this office the staff is always nice and helps me with any questions i may have. Not hard to get an appointment. Verry clean and not a long wait when u have an appointment.
I had an amazing experience with the doctor but every time I go in there the receptionist is very condescending and very rude. This is the wrong person working with customer care. And I don't think this facility will do very well with her there. The first time I was there I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor today I was 10 minutes late (had an I foreseen delay) and they would not let me see the doctor and the receptionist had this smirk on her face and was really ugly about it. My insurance is about to run out in less than a month. This appointment was critical for my health.
Receptionist Christia is very rude to some patients. Picks and chooses.who to have compassion for..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
