Arroyo Vista Family Health Center's Online Review Report Card

Appointments are not considered. Assistant at the door handed me a mask and when I stated that I wanted to grab one (her hands were bare) she stated that next time I should bring one. When I asked who her supervisor was, receptionist didn't want to answer. I forget why I don't come here. Never again. One star is being too nice!

Horrible experience for the 2nd time ! Let's start off by saying all the lazy Medical Assistants with their attitudes when u ask them to check you in because your interrupting them while talking about their bf drama. Not professional in any type of way . Takes and hour or so to be called on even though your early or on time . INSANE .They never have answers for you and rush you out of the room . Not my fault your behind . My visits ALWAYS get rushed ! Prescription getting canceled literally the next day of being prescribed with out any noticed or reason why or phone call. I have to call the office myself to get an answer and once again everyone's so clueless and have no idea why it was canceled . I had Kaiser before this and never have I felt this from them . Not professional at all and a bunch of lazy workers . Kaiser might be where I belong . So sad .

This clinic was there when I needed them most. They never turned me away. Wait times are crazy and yes the place is a little old but I would like to personally thank nurse practitioner pensri ( her name is actually longer ) for caring for me while my father was dying and while I was in nursing school. She always listened and helped get me what I needed. As a nursing student at the time , she was influential in my future practice. Thank you to arroyo vista and all of their employees for making the most of what resources they have and helping those in need. Please keep doing what you guys do

women be careful with doctor cabrera he is quite rude and sarcastic he is a man who is vastly inappropriate for his profession

BEWARE!!! Do not go to Dr. John Cabrera OBGYN Not only is this doctor unprofessional and inappropriate while doing Pap smears/pelvic exam but also has such a degrading demeanor towards women and views them less than and abuses his power as a doctor. Never have I felt so disgusted by a doctor like I did this day he made me feel dirty and made me bleed of how rough and inappropriate he is I am now traumatized by what he did to me women be aware and never come here and never go to him.

First time here and I'm very happy. They have súper profesional staff and very friendly. I was very surprise. They are very attentive and the staff make you feel like home. I did the general test ( urine and blood) even the receptionist were very nice. I would say nice experience if you want to come and make some health test for you this is the place to come.

I have been going to this clinic for 5 yrs only because they have a few good pediatricians and PAs. But damn there appointment centers are the worse. Girls are nice but they never answer and there unstable appointments. They will call you to cancel appointments at the last minute often, as if we dont have lives of our own. We have to take time off work and pull kids early from school. I dont mind if its every once in a while but its pretty often and its the day day before or the day of. So we cant even change our plans. Its become an issue to which I have to change peds now.

Family dentistry is the worst, all they want is for you to keep coming back spending more money because it's not covered by Medicare, my mother has been going to this horrible place for years, and unfortunately had to have her teeth redone and they took over a year to get her partials done, every visit she paid over $100!
