My mom is a terminally ill ALS patient suffering from a hyper thyroid. Had she not gone to the hospital recently we would have never known about her thyroid condition. She desperately needs a referral to an endocrinologist and not only does Dr. Ramos not provide the referral, he is impossible to reach. After pleading with his office to visit my mom at home and facilitate the referral she needs to an endocrinologist he continues to ignore us. He claims to provide outpatient service however he is apparently too busy to provide outpatient service in a prompt a expedient manner.
