If you want to leave with a blank cd that your doctor can’t even read after waiting 4 hours in the office cause they didn’t tell you you’d be drinking A QUART of dye beforehand. This is the place for you!!
This clown show had me waiting in a dressing room for 30 minutes only for me to find out the X-ray machine isn’t even working. Utterly disrespectful of people’s time. How long exactly were they going to make me sit in a dressing room without telling me the equipment doesn’t work? Not serious or professional at all.
I would avoid this place at all costs. Their staff, top to bottom, is filled with folks who contribute nothing to society. I wish nothing but the worst for this organization as that’s what they deserve. Arrived at 9:45 for 10am appointment and they said I didn't have an appt. After showing them email confirmation, miraculously they were able to find it. Finally was seen 10:45, why did i even make an appt? When I asked why they were so behind, I was fed a load of bologna. Once I was seen by the doctor, she caused me immense pain and blew me off. Very disorganized, Willy Wonka runs a better operation.
The staff is rude and untrustworthy. Multiple staff members claimed I’ll have my CT scan results by the time of my doctors appointment and when I called that morning they claimed they can’t do anything about it. I would’ve never gone there for a CT scan if I couldn’t get my results in time. I waited for my doctors appointment for over a month.
Very bad service who ever answers phones is rude and they hang up bad customer service disappointed
I called to verify an appointment but nobody is answering. Was on hold with background music for over 30 mins. NO ANSWER!!!
DO NOT use their service... My appointment was 7:30 pm at DTLA. I arrived around 7ish. There was no one and I waited til someone came in. She ( I don't know her name- front desk lady) did not even apologize for not being present. She sounded complaining that I came too early. I asked her "do you want me to leave and come back 15 minutes prior to my appointment?" She said that she is going to help but she had an attitude. How can I trust a person with an attitude? I didn't want to stay because I could not trust their team member. If she mentioned that she is on her break at the first and be back at 7:10 or whatever. I would have waited. I understand they need to take a break. But her action was helping but her mouth was complaining. And lastly, she mentioned that I REGUESED THE SERVICE. I felt that she kicked me out of her office for presenting early and ruining her break.
Total ineptitude, no common sense; don't waste your time here.
After ample time and over 45 minutes on hold my report was ‘still’ not ready though I had been told the radiologist was working on it. The doctor’s office called and no response. Their call center is a joke as they just read a script and repeat the same things. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
DO NOT come to this place especially without an appointment. I waited two and a half hours to be seen for all of five minutes. You’re taken from waiting in the lobby to wait in another room before your exam. Wait staff and technicians are friendly, but you will waste a good portion of your day waiting and wondering when you’ll be seen. Do not recommend a visit here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
