Dr C took care of both of my parents for over 30 years and now he is taking care of my family. I have never met a more caring, committed and thorough Dr. He is the best of the best.
Really disappointed with this medical office. We chose our insurance because we wanted our Dr to be Dr. Ratul Chatterjee. 14 months on this plan and been to the office several times. On our first visit for Annuals we specifically requested that Dr. Chatterjee see my wife and I. He came to see me and then went to another patient. He did not see my wife and sent a PA. This happened several times during our 14 months with them. When I raised this concern with Coco (front desk) she says, "Oh maybe you just got lucky that you got to see the Dr and you wife didn't." I was appalled to hear this. Lucky? Really? Is this a spin of Roulette in Vegas? Or is this Poker? What a silly thing to tell to your patient! Really unprofessional. When I told her we might change our PCP then she seemed to not care. We are done with this medical office and will be changing her primary care physician soon. We really liked and wanted Dr. Chatterjee and this review is not to write anything bad about him. This review is to point out the response to our concern (stated above) and to warn new patients to think twice and thrice before chosing this medical office. If the Dr is too busy to see all his patients then they should decline taking new patients. 14 months without getting to see the Dr that you "specifically" chose feels like getting cheated. So if the medical office is reading this then...Please refuse new patients. We really feel we got cheated.
Never got to see the doctor. The PA took away my anti inflammatory medication the I depend on for pain. Went to a urologist to find out I had a uti Rachel wouldn't treat because I couldn't get to the office. The urologist treated it but it still didn't go away. It got so bad I was peeing blood. I went to the emergency room and they treated it along with the kidney infection which Rachel never detected. After all that I still needed my Mobic back but she refused to give it to me because she said my kidneys were compromised but I went to see a nephrologist who said everything will clear up after these diseases and I'll see you in six months and gave me a prescription for Mobic for my arthritis which is an anti-inflammatory. Doctor should not be able to take medicine away from patients because they are having a power struggle and think we don't have the freedom to see other doctors.
I use to go to Dr. Chatterjee, I saw him one time. Then had to see his PA, who was arrogant and a know it all. I told her I thought i have a hernia, she told me women do not get hernia's in that area. She order the wrong ultrasound, Dr. Chatterjee even admitted that. So he sent me to physical therapy. I have been dealing with pain for over 2 years. Then Dr. Chatterjee went cash and I was told I could still go to his office but had to see the PA. No way. so I have changed doctor's, then the pandemic hit and good luck in seeing a doctor. Finally go to get check by a real doctor, and two hernia's one large and a smaller one. Had surgery this last Wed. and my pain I have to deal with for over two years is gone. I am a retired nurse.

I was disappointed to see such low ratings for Dr. Chatterjee's office and office staff. I have never had a problem with the staff and can only give glowing comments on Dr. Chatterjee. He is very personable and takes the time to talk to you and answer questions you might have My husband and I have counted on Dr. Chatterjee when we had extreme health concerns and we have never been let down

Reliably excellent service with 24/7 availability for the last 10 years.
Horrible, bragged about knowing everything about a patient from blood tests. Very pious, knows everything, doesn't listen to your concerns because he already knows absolutely everything.
I've been seeing Rachel in Dr Chatterjee's office for several years now. She is an incredible PA. She's found a way to get through to me on changing parts of my life style that aren't working and on giving new approaches a try. I trust her totally with my health and I'm so grateful for all the help she's given me, especially over last year when I got injured multiple times and ended up finding out I had hypothyroidism, which explained why I had been feeling so run down. I also love the staff. My schedule changes a lot and the staff is always great about reminding me off appointments and calling me if there are openings. Everybody there is amazing!!

I’ve been with Dr. Chatterjee for many years. And his office staff is great. I can’t imagine having any other PCP.

I have spent most of my adult life (from 20 to 74 so far) married to and working for and with physicians. Dr. Chatterjee is the best and most trustworthy physician I have encountered.
