Right couple of weeks after the surgery I informed him about pain, discomfort and a complete abnormality.I made multiple appointments and calls after the surgery I went to see him again and again, explaining something was wrong, and condescendingly he will send me back on my way. The minute he has your money he doesn't care what so ever what your concerns are, nor is he willing to fix the problem. He will body shame you and blame it on you, that your body is deformed. When you have questions or concerns after your surgery both him and his office manager Katrina are liars, condescending, dismissive and beyond rude. Unless you pay him another $6000 or $7000. He will not release your medical records. He absolutely does not have any artistry in him. If you are looking for a fine job he will not be able to deliver it. I gave him to opportunities and he has complety botched both procedure like a new kid out of school.

I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team in the Sand Canyon office is wonderful. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and opting for a double mastectomy, I was so grateful to have Dr. Smith do my reconstruction. He has a solid reputation in Orange County for doing beautiful work. I could not be happier with the results. Recently a nurse asked me if I had a breast lift! very personable, friendly, and actually spent time talking with me about several possible options for fat loss. I tried out the Sculpsure for arms and upper abs. Four weeks post the arms made a big difference. Not sure about the abs yet, but i still have 4 weeks to go for the final verdict.

Very competent plastic surgeon. Did tummy tuck and lipo; also did my husband's eyelid surgery. No God complex. Very down to earth. Liked him much better than a Newport Beach Dr I had do my eyelids yrs before.

Dr. Smith is amazing! Before I went to Dr. Smith for a breast reduction, I went to several other doctors as well. None of the other doctors treated me as well as he did. Also, his team ( The amazing people that work there) are great. They make me feel extremely comfortable, like I'm family. I travel more than 2 hours for each appointment and I didn't mind it at all. Dr. Smith has worked on me 3 times now. I'm so grateful I found such a caring and helpful plastic surgeron. His staff is amazing and friendly and he is wonderful and listens and explains everything. I can't thank him enough and not giving up on me til everything was right.

Dr. Smith and his office/surgery team is amazing. They are so helpful and will spend any time I needed to answer my questions that I had before and after surgery. He is also very prompt for surgery and his staff there is awesome too. He's more expensive than others but well worth it. Scars are almost gone in just 2.5 weeks.
