Dr. Nguyen has been excellent but Memorial Care has not. I called to get a fast renewal on a prescriptiion for a laxative beause I was sick from constipation but their recording said it could be as long as 72 hours to get the message to Dr. Nguyen. That was unacceptable.

Dr. Au-co Nguyen is an incredible Primary Physician! She's the best Doctor I've ever had! There is a million things I could write positively about her. I've had her for over 8 years. She's very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to all your needs. I could go on forever! If you are looking for a new Primary doctor and have the chance to switch to her...you won't regret it. The best Dr. Nguyen is by far the best PCP I have ever had. She is so attentive to detail, compassionate and takes the time to listen. She is such a gem and I’m so thankful for her. The best each and every visit.

She is great, very personable! She answers my questions, does NOT seem rushed. Although, our visits are limited to well checks. It seems very difficult to get I when I’m having an issue. Not sure why it is so hard to make an appt with my PMD!
