She read the chart, listened, was efficient and personable and also had an action plan ready for me right away. In fact everyone who helped me today from the receptionist, the nurse and phlebotomy/ Lab Techs were fantastic. Probably one of the all around best experiences I've had in a very long time

Dr Nguyen is overall a good dr- keeps notes on you and is friendly! However the prescriptions and billing is awful. Each appointment I have there are issues with those. I’ve had so many frustrating times calling the office, calling insurance, calling pharmacies just because a billing code mistake or a mis-written prescription. The office staff is usually nice but it is a long game of phone tag.
