This clinic is very good.. It's hard to get involved with, but once you are in with them, the service and doctors are Super stellar. Highly recommended from someone who knows just a little about medicine, enough to know if it's just words to get you to go, or if it's the real concert rock show.

Pretty dissapointed with the front desk lady and the office policy. Was assigned as my PCP and I canceled too many times (with days of advanced notice ) When I called a year later to try and make an appointment cause I needed a referral to a pain management clinic I was told I couldn't make an appointment. People's care should come first.

After seeing two different female doctors in this group, I tell everyone to avoid them. I am not exaggerating when I say the first doctor told me, when I complained about the high cost of my diabetes medication, to stop taking it, save the money and buy an electric bike. I am not overweight at all and I told her I already use a regular bike for exercise and that clearly the medication was more important than an Ebike! At that point I switched to another female doctor there, but that didn't last after her notes after a visit didn't even mention the big issue I had gone to her about. When I asked her about it she told me to make another appointment if I wanted to talk to her some more. I believe both doctors are a little 'off'. No more Beach Cities!

Love my new Doctor ABIGAIL who is taking over for Dr. Bernbeck (whom I was only actually able to see ONCE in 2 years) and honestly the experience wasnt that great, and the pain doc referral i received was pretty bad. Hopefully I can and will go in more now that I have been switched over to Abigail. She really , really listened to ALL of my issues across all my health concerns even though I went in for ONE minor thing. We laughed, we cried, we hugged at the end...omg finally a doctor that really listened and seems to want to help. Three stars for now, but this is basically for my experience with former doc kind of being "checked out," and for the unknowledgeable office staff. It just depends on who you get. I've had a few of them go above and beyond and message me back promptly and send referrals and delivery messages to the doc, but lately something has shifted. So IAm hopeful that they will improve the office communications, but really happy with today's visit. And the front desk receptionist who checked me in today was jovial and cheery, and so was the Med assistant who did my vitals (maybe Ashley?)

I do not recommend them .Poor communication and shaming to attempt to get the patient to take prescription meds .I was weight shamed by them also while my cardiologist told me to lose 7 lbs and I have done so .I was consistently billed for a service my insurance company said I didn't oweand likely didn't receive the service.When my insurance company called to discuss & they were hung up on .The mentioned bill came in July after a January physical.I don't like leaving bad reviews, yet patient beware !Didn't test my A1C at the last physical after saying I had pre diabetes at 6.7 A1C from previous visit.114 non fasting blood sugar test was also said very concerning .Urinalysis came out neither high nor low for the sugar test. Right in the middle .It was an uncomfortable experience and not all necessary to be so .

Only been once to hb and nb locations. They were very nice. I had trouble finding the place in nb and it took me a half hour till I found. I called but was on hold for like 16 minutes then I found it omo. So I'm knocking a star off because I could get my call through, but the dr saw me anyway. ...actually I guess that evens out. I'd give 4.5 if I could. I lost my shrink and have a lotttr of meds that need refilling. We will see how she handles that. 2 are controlled substances and I need reevaluation about my diagnosis. I saw specialist 15 years ago for adhd and my most recent dr refused to treat that and I'm so mad. He made me worse and literally gave me the opposite of what I need and should be getting. She said she will help in the beginning but ultimately I need a new psychiatrist. Those are hard to find.They gave my referrals for a few other Dr specialists I need, even though I have a PPO, I still like referrals.

would give 0 stars if possible. front office girls are extremely rude. I called on November 13th at 1:24pm and the woman I spoke to made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about blood work and panels... isn't it your job to assist on things like that? I even said thank you after her incredibly rude suggestion of going to my gyno instead and hung up the phone on me. I called back 10 minutes later and asked for her name and they surprisingly "didn't know who I spoke to"... the doctors here are super nice and professional but the ladies at front need to be evaluated or fired.

Got assigned dr Bolton Julie as pcp since my insurance changed my medical group. Haven't got a chance to see the doctor yet since it took 30 mins to wait on the phone to schedule appointment, it's ridiculous when the phone line said the holding time is 1 mins 14s.If you need schedule appointment they should make it easy to schedule online instead of waiting 30 mins on the phone and no one picks up the phone. It's 2024 not 2012 anymore. I'm changing my pcp to different one since it's too difficult just to schedule appointment

This bad review is for PA Ashley Page.Dr. Mleynek and the whole support staff have always been wonderful.I started with an eyelid infection on Saturday, when the office is closed. I got a video appointment through my insurance and was prescribed antibiotic ointment. I applied it as prescribed, besides other measures such as warm compresses and of course, hygiene. It kept getting worse.I walked in today (Monday). Like I mentioned, support staff is always polite, welcoming, very efficient.Ashley said I should continue with the ointment. I gave her several reasons why she should prescribe oral antibiotics and how while I was using the ointment I clearly got worse.After a discussion of all the reasons why she should give me oral antibiotics, she refused. One of her reasons was antibiotic resistance, when having my chart in front of her, she could clearly see I hardly ever had antibiotics in the over a decade that I've been a patient. She gave me ointment and because I was in clear disagreement, she gave me a referral to the ophthalmologist "in case it wasn't better in a few days but she was sure it would get better". I went straight to the ophthalmologist because I knew very well it is going to get worse, but I could feel it became a power struggle for her. She even told me this can be caused by mites and the ophthalmologist could check for it. Mites! I promise you I don't look like I'm in poor condition either physically or mentally. I don't look like I have poor hygiene either. I was in work clothes because I was going straight to work after the appointment and we have standards and a strict dress code.I was seen at the ophthalmologist right away.The doctor laughed at what I told him about the mites and told me to stop using the ointment because it's not going to help. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics without me asking or telling him why I needed them. Ashley doesn't know that I was a doctor in my country. I don't say it because I respect the training and practice of all health care providers and I haven't practiced medicine since I moved to the USA. I feel people should be able to trust their health care providers even if we didn't have a medical background to ask for exactly what we need. It saddens me that people who don't know better will end up with complications because of a provider who can't be humble enough to bring another provider in to ask or clearly say that something is not within her scope (even if it should be, it is just a simple skin infection).The two stars are because at least she gave me the referral and I could get the care I needed. Dr. Mleynek and support staff get five stars for sure.
