Dr. Jackson is the best physician ever and i am a clinician myself and i consider it a privilege to have known him. He is a true patient advocate and is relentless to help you and get you to the right specialist. He listens to unending patient stories. He calls back after hours. He is always available for any questions, and when he speaks, its fascinating to listen to his advise and knowledge. He does not sugar coat, he is very righteous. He has been my physician and my entire family for over 25 years.

I've been going to Dr. Jackson for ober 20 years. He's always been a great doctor. Getting in touch with the front office to make an appointment is a pain. But Dr. Jackson makes up for it because every time I go to see him, he spends typically about an hour discussing my immediate mallady and reviewing past issues. He has always been able to diagnose the cause of my maladies, in some cases making a diagnosis that I would never have expected. I hope Dr. Jackson stays in practice for a long time.

Dr Jackson has been my Dr forever. I can’t even remember when I started but close to 40 years. He is very thorough and reviews your history before even starting to diagnose the current problem. He takes his time, listens and never rushes. Such a rarity unlike so many Drs who barely spend a minute.

Dr. Jackson has been my family's doctor for many years. My grandmother, father, stepmom, daughter and husband; I began seeing him nearly 30 years ago. Due to insurance changes with my employer, I was transferred to Kaiser for six years but recently went back to Dr. Jackson. The confidence I have in Doctor Jackson is unparalleled. His wisdom and experience far exceed care received from other physicians. I highly recommend his service.

In 2016 he diagnosed me with a heart valve replacement. It ended up saving my life. In 2017 a broken neck/severed spinal cord. Saved my life again. 2019 cancer........again!!! He misses nothing. He's more savior than Doctor. His staff is top of the line. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for many years now. He is extremely professional and thorough. I have never had a doctor care more and willing to spend the time needed to explain options and solve the medical issues I have seen him for. All of the other doctors I have had act like they can't wait to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. It's very refreshing. His staff is very kind and helpful when I need to schedule an appointment. He is definitely one of the best in my opinion.

Dr. Jackson did three diagnosis. One led to heart surgery, one to spinal surgery, and one to cancer surgery. Any one of the three, undetected and untreated, would have killed me. I am in excellent health today. I owe Dr. Jackson and his wonderful staff my life. I can only give 5 stars but rest assured, I would give them all the stars in the sky. Pete Savakes

Ugh! I don't even know where to start. His front desk staff is.. HORRRRRRIBLE!!!! Every single time I call, no one EVER answers. If they do answer, they are so rude it's crazy!! I told the lady at the front desk that my husband needs to have a refill on his prescription and she said " My computer is down, when its back up I'll have the Dr. look at the chart and give you a call back. Bye" I said " UH WAIT!!. Don't you need my husbands date of birth or name !?" This is EVERYTIME I call, super short super, rude. My husband needs consistency with this prescription and I can't even get anyone to answer the dang phone, let alone call me back. Dr Charles is cool but his front desk lady, SUCKS!

Dr. Jackson is a great Doctor. He is very knowledgable and takes the time with you to hear about your history and to give his medical advice. I have had over 5 HMO doctors in the past year, and all of the doctors (except Dr. Jackson) would spend less then 2 minutes with me, and would quickly write me a perscription and rush me out the door, no personalization. The greatest thing about Dr. Jackson's office is that they take blood at his office, unlike most HMO doctors these days who tell you to go to a lab yourself and take blood (who has time for that?) Dr. Jackson is a great doctor to have in the Huntington Beach area. PROS: - Friendly Dr. - Experianced Dr. - Takes Labwork at office - Accepts many insurances and IPAs
