This is another great Hoag facility. Great doctors and nurses. The support staff are friendly and hard working.

Clean Health center. Friendly staff. A little bit difficult to find parking

I have been looking for Doctor Vance Cao, he left Hoag hospital with no one inside didn't know where's he is? & no longer belong with Hoag, he is best Doctor ***** & experience/ ThuHa Lắm

Did not have a good experience at the OBGYN office at this location. After my visit, I waited a week with an untreated illness to hear results from a test, only to be told there was an error and I would have to come get retested. I was still fully charged for the first visit because I “saw” the practitioner. I tried on several occasions to speak to someone about clearing this up, only to be told by a third party that they insisted they coded it correctly. Even though the whole purpose of the visit was this test. Perhaps it is a symptom of a broken medical system, but they could have had better customer service and removed this visit from my bill, since it was their error.

Complete incompetentence when it comes it the OBGYN department. I have so much I could say buy they have already wasted way more of my time than I'm okay with so just trust me when I say you're better off literally anywhere else.

Dr Ho Phong had no beside manner and seemed to want to leave upon meeting him. He gave a lazy diagnosis and yelled at me. It is the first time a doctor's appointment had made me desire a refund.

I like Hoag Medical on Beach cuz it has pretty much everything one needs in one bldg...docs, physical therapy, Ortho, blood testing, urgent care, etc Great staff... front desk receptions, nurses, PAs & of course the docs ( at least, mine anyway 👍🤗👍)

Beautiful facility, plenty of parking (if you park in the parking structures, super clean, friendly staff. We came here for my 7yo's pulmonary appointment from Rancho and it's a long drive, but we had a very pleasant experience.

So I just called to schedule not expecting for a second they're gonna answer. she answered the phone and and Got at me super disrespectful and crazy because at the time that I called she's clearly it is working for a 24 hour or overnight phone service company and honestly it is a fucking 24 seven business , the healthcare industry some thing can happen at any time of the day. Health is not guaranteed and plus let's not forget the fact that she's getting paid to answer the phone like crazy is that I'm literally getting screamed at by some woman who answered like thank youfor choosing Hong or whatever the fuck this guy's name is And then gets crazy with me because I asked about something it's so crazy to me she's like it's three in the morning like that still doesn't mean that this you're a fucking phone operator like that's what you're a whole purpose is to answer the phone and answer questions right I mean I will never step foot in this place because of that Customer service experience alone I I just wanted to get some other information off the phone thinking they have some sort of you know self service options. A woman answers. Yes, it's late or technically early in the morning but could just imagine what they allow to happen inside this place if their phone Operator who so purpose is there for customer service can't even answer one question it's despicable and especially in a healthcare field field that relies on you know healing and love, and this doesn't feel like it for me

Very clean and beautiful facility! The staff there are very kind and helpful. The providers are also caring and professional. The amount of services one can receive in one place is quite impressive. I have no complaints whatsoever!
