I was a patient of Dr Tsong’s for 40 years until I moved out of state. He is the most caring and compassionate Dr I’ve ever met! He is thorough, he follows up with all care from specialists, and he is extremely knowledgeable. I am saddened that I can no longer call him as my physician. Since moving out of California about 5 years ago, I have not found “any” doctor who comes close to anything near the care I received while being Dr Tsong’s patient. I would highly recommend Dr Tsong for any symptoms you may be struggling with.

In my opinion, this is sub-rate medical care. As a new patient I was already rescheduled twice and got to the point where I had run out of important medications. They refused to address the situation even though the re-scheduling was their doing in both instances leaving me beginning to present symptoms of non-untreated illness. In my opinion you are placing your life in the hands of an uncaring staff that does nothing in a situation that warrants a solution.

Saw Dr. Tsong for one visit that lasted less then 20 minutes. He charged my insurance company for first visit, annual wellness and advanced planning. He briefly examined me, he did not ask my medical history. He over charged my insurance and did not address my issues. My first visit was my last.

Dr Tsong has been treating my parents for years and is an excellent PC doctor. He's very knowledgeable about nutritional science, cares a lot about his patients and I can't recommend him enough

I met Dr. Tsong in the emergency room in 1986. He has been my primary physician ever since. He is caring, never in a hurry, and very up-to-date and knowledgeable. He always makes time for me whenever I need him. As long as he is in practice I will be a loyal patient. Thank you, Dr. Tsong.
