List of David M. Burtzo's Reviews
Beware! Dr. Burtzo gave my husband an inappropriate treatment. He didn't do a bone marrow biopsy that I requested but instead initiated a treatment that was contraindicated for his actual diagnosis. My husband lost his life.
My first visit with Dr. Burtzo went as follows… The doctor told me he would write an order for a PET Scan, he failed to do so. The doctor told me he give me sterile containers so I could save what I choke up. After showing the doctor a picture of what I cough up, he said he would do a pathology on said pieces. The doctor failed to provide the sterile containers. The doctor also told me he would write a letter and have it faxed to my work suggesting ‘light duty’ for one month because of pain I’m experiencing. The doctor failed to write and fax said letter. One failed promise to a patient is a mistake, three failed medical promises on the same day is intentional. The doctors front office staff refused to ask the doctor when he would accomplish the aforementioned tasks. The staff treated me as if I was the problem for asking about what the doctor told me he would do. Shameless and unprofessional liars.

Dr Burtzo explained my surgery and was very kind and compassionate!
I’m very thankful to doctor Burtzo. He saved my life ??. I was very lucky finding him right away referred from my provider ??. I was blessed with doctor Burtzo. I recommend to everyone 100%. He is a very good person, with a good heart and very professional.
I went to see Dr. Burtzo after I was told by several Oncologists there was nothing else to be done for me. He gave me hope and started treating me, modifying my chemotherapy as needed, and 1 1/2 year later I'm still here. He is great. He's compassionate and listens to his patients concerns. He's the reason I'm still alive today.
THERE IS A CURE INVENTED BY DR. BURZNSKY, IN TEXAS, LOOK HIM UP ON U TUBE
I am currently a patient of Dr. Burtzo's and I am confident that I'm in good hands. He has my trust. Dr. Burtzo appears to me to be a highly intelligent person with an excellent memory. He is always keeping up-to-date with current research. He listens and answers all my questions. He has a kind, easy-going manner and I never feel rushed during appointments. He also has a good sense of humor! My chemo nurses speak highly of him as well.
Great Dr.
He saved my life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
