Front desk staff refused to contact my dental plan to get my copays for work and gave me a “discounted” scope of services. Said HMO plans don’t pay well and wanted me tp pay out of pocket. I left and called my plan to find out the truth and my copay amounts. They wanted me to pay $1200.00 per crown replacement vs my plan $360.00 per crown plus $30.00 per tooth for tooth bonding @ 6 teeth. The front staff are all rude, argumentative et al. Very shocked at the attitude and disappointed. However the dental hygienist is great! 5 stars. Beware of what they tell you and confirm with your plans coverage.

Dr Miele gave me a full exam and identified 3 molars that need to have the crown's replaced. According to my insurance program, this should have cost me about $520 per tooth. But instead, I was handed an estimate for just shy of $700 per tooth. Why? because he wants to charge, per tooth, an additional $75 because it's a molar. And $200 because he uses a laser tool. I don't need a special laser to be used. The tool all the other dentists use have worked fine for me. So that's an addition $275 PER TOOTH. Since I need 3 teeth done, that's an extra $825 of add on fee's. No thank you, Dr. Miele. I'll find another dentist.

Dr. Franco Miele is such an amazing dentist! He always makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I used to hate going to the dentist when I was younger & now I look forward to going since we have switched to Dr. Miele. I love that he has so much knowledge and compassion about what he does. Also, the fact that he genuinely cares for his patients is a plus. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr.Miele is an amazing man! He is the best dentist, he's so honest, he know his job very well and he diagnose his patients to what they need work done, not in random production. I can see that he loves is job very much and he does it with passion. I've know Dr.Miele for many years and as a man and as a Dr. he has always been loyal, honest, caring, and understanding!! I would recommend everyone to go to Dr.Miele because he's honestly one of the best doctors out there. Thank you Dr.Miele!
