I was desperate to see my doctor but couldnt get in. I was l leaving for the airport in hours and decided the Hoag Urgent Care was my only option. I was seen by a doctor in less than 15 minutes and left with a prescription within a half hour. I was grateful to have this service available.

After seeing two doctors GI and GP I was not getting better after 2 months of pain in my abdomen. I went to Hoag Urgent care and Dr. de la Vega was amazing. She did not rush sent me for CT scan and blood draws. She prescribed the right medication for my diverticulitis. The wait time was minimal. She called me with test results same day and scheduled a follow up next day to check my blood again. I saw Dr Jennifer next day who was also really good. I will never go anywhere else. Drs are amazing they really care

I made an appointment for today. The instructions are easy and I was out within 25 minutes. Within minutes I received my test results. I would highly recommend this facility for any and all testing or emergency needs.

Everyone there is super friendly. The Doctors and Nurses are some of the best I’ve seen . Exceptionally squeaky clean too. Hoag is the best 🙌🏻

Wow. Very disappointed with this urgent care and the folks running the office. Made online reservations for 1212pm. Still sitting here outside in my car waiting to be seen after they told me an hour ago they were coming. Had to check with them twice and they keep saying they are coming and no one has. Ive now been waiting for 1.5 hours at this place since I first made an appointment and still not seen. Ridiculous.

Husband amp I went to HOAG Urgent Care accidentally for the Pfizer Booster shot. Receptionist immediately rejected our appointments stating they didnt offer booster shot at their location. A nice young lady Shaynna Mendoza perhaps a supervisor came to the window asking me to forward our confirmation emails of our appts to her so she could show it to her manager. It turned out we were supposed to go to the Huntington Beach Urgent Care location which is a few blocks down the street. Anyway we asked if we could get the flu shots there instead while we were there and Shayna accommodated willingly. She explained the mix up and that we should be able to reschedule for the boosters after having the flu shots. The medtech who gave us the flu shots was also very kind amp professional as well sorry I couldnt remember her name.Thank you Shaynna and your assistant for assisting us and making things simplified for us today. We felt we accomplished something despite the mix up on locations
