Hoag Health Center Huntington Beach's Online Review Report Card

I go here for my daughter endocrinologist. Its beautiful inside and out. Parking wasnt a problem plus after i did grocery shopping since Albertson's next to hoag which is nice .

I needed help with a clogged ear and Hoag Urgent Care, HB did it! Effective and efficient process from scheduling on line, registration, steps and communication between reception, nurse and doctor was rapid so there was very little waiting, and after two rounds of flushing, my hearing was restored. I was seen a little after my scheduled appointment time but it was a reasonable wait. It was my first time using an urgent care facility and I definitely will consider coming here in the future for urgent needs.

Dr. David Russell is absolutely amazing. He is my grandfather’s primary care dr and we couldn’t ask for a better one! He is so attentive, kind and compassionate. We are so incredibly blessed that we found him. The whole team at Hoag HB has been amazing. Including the urgent care. Thank you!!

Parking is difficult. Usually crowded.

From the time you make the phone appointment, to the intake, and then get the X-rays, everyone is so professional. I've been to some of the otherslocally, one in Fountain Valley, and 1 up the street in HBto the north, and I see a notable difference. They know how to do "medical."

If i could give Dr, Vance Cao more than 5 stars, i totally would. He's my PCP and he's very knowledgeable, articulate, and asked me a lot of questions about my health. I can in with a couple of health concerns and he addressed them right away and referred me to get some tests and to see a specialist. I got the authorizations right at the office. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. He's the BEST!....I totally would recommend Dr. Vance Cao to all my family and friends!....Kudos to Dr. Cao and his whole office staff!!

My name is Jennifer Weller. This review is about Dr. Aditi Correa of Hoag Medical Center in Huntington Beach. I am so pleased to have Dr. Correa as my primary provider. She listens to me! And she reviews all my health history and lab results at each visit. She is always on the lookout for changes that should be made. I tell my family members and friends about how fortunate I am to finally have a doctor who listens to me and cares about my health. She's a great doctor.

Review for Pediatrics Dr. Natalie Zapadinsky- She is absolutely wonderful! I found her when I gave birth to my son and started having my daughter see her too. She is thorough and her exams. She doesn’t rush and takes her time. We had Covid and they all did the great precautions to protect themselves and us. My daughter loves her and she’s coming to the age of puberty and she very comfortable with Dr. Zapadinsky which is great because I feel like my daughter can tell her anything and not hide any symptoms she may be having.

This Review is for the PEDIATRICS Department at HOAG. Regarding Doctor Jennifer M. Kim, MD.., May I start off with saying Dr Kim is very friendly has good bed side manners, my 4yr old Daughter loved her and her medical assistant , this office is clean very well organized and the back staff is very friendly, as far as the front desk women I would say most of them are friendly but unfortunately some don’t have such good customer service; etc. I will keep coming to this office only because my daughter had a bond with Dr. Kim. :)

I made two appts for my kids. Went both times and got turned away. The first time because the doctor left early and no one informed me until I got there in person. I re-scheduled for another appt this afternoon. Given our busy schedule, had moved all activities around to make time for this and what happens? I was told my appt was at 3:20 and not 3:40. I have on my calendar 3:40pm when I made the appt in person there. Then there's a text confirmation for my 3:40pm. But I can't go in because ??? Please help me understand. Mind you, I made two appts. One for one child at 3:20 and the other for another child at 3:40. How are you not able to take me in on my 2nd scheduled time?? Didn't make effort to help me. Simply told me sorry. This is my 2nd trip there only to be turned away. NO THANKS! I am taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO THERE! They are completely incompetent and unapologetic. FYI- I have been going there for years and have only positive experience with the physician. This review is for the people at the front desk doing the scheduling. They do not care that they are wasting patient's valuable time.
