Dr. John was great with our son!! He was patient and kind in explaining what he was going to do for our first cleaning visit. He answered all our questions without us feeling rushed. Office was clean and staff Amy and Emma were so kind with answering insurance related questions and getting us our appts. Would definitely recommend him for pediatric dental care!

I took my 17 month old daughter in for her first appointment today with Dr. Guijon. We had a wonderful experience. Everything was so easy and seamless, from scheduling the appointment to check in & out. Very efficient! Gina and Amy were fantastic. Super friendly and great with my girl. Loved Dr. Guijon. He took the time after her cleaning to sit down and explain everything we need to know to keep healthy, happy smiles! I highly recommend Dr. Guijon for all your little babes dental needs! Thank you for a great visit!

Thank you for making our sons first visit to the dentist such a fun and positive one! Dr. Guijon was so patient and kind and helped us parents understand what we can do to ensure healthy teeth for a lifetime! We took out 15 month old to Dr Guijon for his first dentist visit. He and the entire staff were amazing! We had such a positive experience with scheduling the appointment online, submitting the new patient forms online, speaking to the staff over the phone to make sure our insurance covered the visit, playing with the toys before the visit and even during the exam with the stuffed animals they keep around. Overall I could not believe how easy it was to get my very active toddler to sit still! Dr Guijon did a great job and we will definitely be making him my son's permanent dentist.

Thank you for making my daughter's first dental check up an easy one... Dr. Guijon is gentle and very kid friendly. I think I was more nervous than my daughter was and at the end my daughter didn't have any cavities!! see you again in 6 months

Dr Guijon and his office staff are absolutely amazing!! Today was my first time there with my daughter! Their care and support are outstanding! We were referred to him, and from the minute I called to get an appt to the very end at check out, it was such a pleasure to be there! His staff are caring and kind, and they take the time to talk to you and make you feel part of their family! I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist if you are looking for one! We have been going to Dr. Guijon for almost 5 years, my kids call him Dr. John. We moved to California from Virginia in the summer of 2012, and he came recommended by someone I had met at my children's gymnastics class. On our first appointment I explained my 6 year old daughter's extreme anxiety about the dentist (we couldn't even say the word dentist without her crying she didn't want to go), and the horror story we had in Virginia. It took my daughter 30 minutes to just sit in the chair, and another 20 minutes for the exam. Dr. John was so patient with her, never lost his cool, and he spoke so calmly while he explained each step as he was doing it. It took a couple of times for her to realize that she was in a safe place, and that Dr. John was going to be gentle before she would fully trust him. Now, she loves going to the dentist! It means so much that Dr. John took the time to gain her trust, and make her feel comfortable. My daughter loves Ms. Amy, Ms. Gina, and Ms. Tabatha as well. I also have two boys, they didn't go through the same trauma that my daughter went through so their experiences at the dentist have always been great. Dr. John, not only makes my kids feel comfortable, he makes me feel comfortable as well. When we go I know my kids are in great hands. After each visit Dr. John comes out, and fills me in on everything that was done, and if he has any concerns he lets me know. One of my sons has very crowded teeth, and early on Dr. John let me know that we were going to need a plan of action, when the time came he recommended an amazing orthodontist. The horrible experience we had in Virginia really affected our family as a whole. It feels really good to be able to trust the dentist taking care of your kids. I no longer have anxiety taking my kids to the dentist, my daughter no longer has anxiety going to the dentist, and that feels amazing. Dr. John, and his entire staff are AMAZING. We're always greeted with a smile, and kind words. I have recommended Dr. John to many of my friends. It's hard to find a good dentist, let alone a good pediatric dentist, I feel like I've hit the jackpot!

NIGHTMARE! I brought my kids to his office to have their annual dental cleaning. After filling out 10 pages of paperwork, not one of them stated what the fees for service would be. I feel he took advantage of the situation and started to tack on fees after they were in the chair. I have been to several dentists over the years and I am a cash paying client. I have NEVER paid more than $150 for a cleaning and that included an exam and in many cases x-rays. Dr. Guijon absolutely price gouged with intent! He charged me $250 per child!! Unethical and unprofessional! He then "recommended" a $500 sealant plan per child. Outrageous!! I will be reporting him to the CDA code of ethics.

We love Dr. Guidjon! He's great with my 3 kids and he provides excellent dental care.
