I have been a patient of Dr. Matsuura for many years. She has great knowledge. She is very patient and understanding. It is not hard to get appointments and never do you have to wait. Her staff is always polite and helpful. Her office is in a very nice building with plenty of parking, and handicap parking is available. Her office is very neat and clean.I would recommend her to everybody. She is friendly and gets back to you always in a very prompt time.

Rude and I Accomadating front office and appointment line. I feel a doctor can not provide good service and care before they are seen, then that reveals to me they initially do not care about their patients from the get go. Would not recommend even if it meant driving 50 miles for another doctor.

Dr Matsuura takes time to listen to symptoms, how one is feeling, accurate in diagnosis and with care & follow up. She is very caring and extremely kind. Our family feels fortunate to have her for our physician!

I've been seeing Dr Matsuura for over 7 years. My husband sees her too. You never have to wait and she is always so attentive. My only complaint is I miss her small office with her mom working.

I cannot recommend this DR. enough! She discovered my cancer when all other doctors misdiagnosed me for other health issues. She is thorough, pleasant, caring, and doesn't keep you waiting (like some of my other Dr.'s) very long to see her. Her office is very clean and organized. I don't get that "icky" feeling when I see her. She makes you feel so comfortable and LISTENS to all your issues. I am thankful I found her and been a patient for almost 7 years.

She is not taking any new patients. I'm very disappointed, especially because she was recommended by a doctor I have been seeing. I had to give a one star rating to submit the review.

I have been going to Dr. Matsuura for quite a few years now. She is very detailed, and never rushes your appointment. She is the only doctor that I have ever been to that actually runs on time or ahead of schedule. She does not overbook. By far, the best doctor I have ever had. I trust her completely.

I was deathly afraid of Doctors, but Dr. Matsuura changed that. Dr. Matsuura is always gentle, and explains everything. Her office is clean and the staff is friendly. Plus I never have to wait... She is a great Dr!

I just started going to her. She's great. She asked good questions, knew what she was talking about, and is very nice. She's also high-tech. She takes your medical history straight onto a laptop that has a stylus, and she used it to send a prescription I needed straight to my pharmacy. Her staff is also nice, which always makes things easier, and Dr. Matsuura doesn't book herself so tight that you can't get in to see her for 3 to 4 weeks when you're sick.
