Annie Is one of the most caring and kind receptionist I've ever met. I came in with my congested baby and she was super kind and understanding. The wait was phenomenal so she helped me to set up my app so I could receive notifications on my phone and she helped me fill out paperwork while I waited and then when the wait seemed like it would be too much, she sent me to another urgent care to be seen right away. The level of love and understanding that she has for people is out of this world. Especially in the medical field. I have not met a lot of receptionists in Orange county that really care about people. Usually it seems as though patients are an inconvenience. That was not the case with Annie. She treated us like family. I am so thankful there are people out there like her!

I was charged for my annual checkup follow up tele appointment . I lived in 5 states before moving to California and this is the first time I was charged for a follow up appointment and most of those appointments were in person. This was literally a 5 minute conversation over zoom. When I called my insurance (United healthcare) they told me that it is up to the facility to decide whether to charge for this or not but that most places don't usually charge for follow up visits.

I had excellent, quick care at this location this past week.Everyone from Reception and nurse to the Doctor, Jason Hart, were kind, helpful, and extremely competent!I highly recommend this facility.

They have been awesome and thorough in helping me and my family, most recently today with my granddaughter. I have faith in the professionals there in assisting for me and my families wellbeing. I felt a personal touch with their inquiries and genuine concern in getting to the bottom of our ailments. This may be my future healthcare go to Thank you

Great staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Whether at the front to check you in, take your copay or schedule you for another appointment. To the nurses and doctors in the back. Really nice and easy going. I have tough veins to fine and zaida had a cool new digital "toy" to take pulse and other vitals. My dr. Amatya has probably been my favorite primary doctor I've ever had. I've had quite a few but she's been the most helpful. (Maybe I'm just being more honest with the doc...)

I am always anxious about coming to the doctors more so because I've had my fair share of rude and unfriendly experiences at other MemorialCare centers. However, this location is such a breath of fresh air in accessible health care. Everybody is extremely kind and pleasant, super helpful and resourceful. I'm always happy to see Amy in the front she's helped me a number of times with patience and a smile. Very realistic and assuring with their wait times, you can tell they are doing everything to meet peoples needs in a timely manner. Cant recommend them more

This place totally changed my mind about Urgent Cares.I've been with another Healthcare in the neighborhood for years and changed to Memorial this year and I am glad we did. I always expect the delay when I go to an Urgent Care due to urgent health concerns that can't wait for an appointment and expect the auto response from staff to check me in, check me out and speedily send me out to prepare for the next patient. My first couple of visits they didn't do that. They took their time helping me and making sure that my concerns were addressed. They made me feel cared for like how my Mom would take care of me when I get a booboo. Sure, I thought it was a fluke but again on my 4th visit...Thank you Dr.Hart for taking the time to explain what's going on with me and showing sensitivity.Thank you Amy T. at the front desk for creating that connection by stopping what you were doing, listening to me on why I was in and not just rushing to just get me in.Thanks to the management team for having the right people taking care of the place.Although I don't look forward to going back to the Urgent Care anytime soon, this place will be where my family will go.

I just had an appt with Dr. Amatya at this location and everything was great. Dr. Amatya was very kind and smart and addressed all of my concerns. The front staff and MAs were also very kind and efficient. Great office.

They treat patients horrible and deny you access to your medical records. They speak to you with disrespect!

During my ongoing illness, I have had the need to consult with six of Memorial Care's Medical Staff based at the Beach Blvd facility in Huntington Beach, from PA's , to doctors on videoconferencing, to Urgent Care physicians. Each and every one was compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. and best of all, I was seen within minutes of my appointment, and I never had to repeat the litany of my symptoms, or the treatment I had had up to the point he or she was my caregiver that day or night.(We all know how distressing it is when one is in pain to have to repeat details about the current health problem, and what has been prescribed to date that has been less than successful!) They had all consulted my medical records in detail before they spoke to me, and were able to recommend other options/ tests/ medications that might work - even consulted with each other on my behalf! - and I have confidence that with their combined help, my health problem will be resolved.These are the staff who have helped me so far:Melissa Myles PA, Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Vu, Dr. Lee, Dr. Van Trinh, and at Fountain Valley facility, Dr. Aranez.Thank you!
