Doctors are great, but the office staff has always been and continues to be AWFUL at estimating wait times. Even with a reservation, prepare to spend over an hour waiting to see the physician.

Worst experience ever. Don't bother calling and making an appointment it doesn't help your wait time in the least. The first two times I went here I thought it was just extremely inefficient but on this third visit I realized that's not even close to accurate. If they call you back to a room within an hour you feel like things might be OK until you sit in the room for another hour to be seen for five minutes and wait for another 40 minutes to get discharge papers. All this to be told nothing is wrong. Clearly the white patches in the back of the throat were not enough of an indicator. Went home went to Hoag urgent care the next day got a diagnosis and antibiotics ... out the door in less than 40 minutes!!!!!

Can't say enough about this office; especially Nurse Christine & Dr. Dinh. Patient, kind, took their time and had no issue with explaining probably more than they needed to. Thank you!

Well I thought I would give Memorial Care a last shot since my last lacerating review 5 months ago. Unfortunately, this facility is still understaffed and often has to make excuses to their patients about long wait times. I have been waiting 1 hour in the wait room, only to be brought into a patient room and told there is still 2 more in front of me. After speaking with the lead Physician, Rhonda Miere by telephone after my last review, I can see that nothing has changed. Not her fault by the way. Memorial Care does not provide this branch with the level of staffing and financial support that they need. My recommendation is close the branch. I am using Hoag for now on.

Came in today because my wife was having a migraine. There was one person ahead of her and 90 minutes later still no care. Weak.

The wait time at this location was 2 hours! I was so ill, I waited to see the Doctor. I thought I would pass out or have a gastro emergency while waiting. The Front office person Kimberly was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. When checking in I asked how long the wait, and was told 35 -45 minutes. I suggested I could go to another location. Was told it was up to me. I chose to wait it out. I wish one of the staff would of announced how far behind they had gotten and suggest we go to another location or come back in a couple of hours. The Doctor diagnosed me and treated me in 10 minutes. Seriously a 2 hour wait for a 10 minute diagnosis. BTW the Doctor was good and diagnosis was accurate.
