As a new patient, I was very impressed with the first visit. Dr. Mitchell sat down by me and asked about myself. She obviously was more interested in my health/background than the data on my chart. I am glad to have her as my new doctor.

For my first appointment, I arrived to a very friendly and pleasant front desk staff that got me checked in. When I met with Doctor Mitchell, she was kind, and listened to my concerns ordered a panel of tests to assist in the diagnosis. She informed me about the practices’ prescription program offered to patients. You can use your regular pharmacy but I found that using theirs will save me thousands on my name brand prescription (generic doesn’t work for me). Plus, the prescription service delivers for free and they kept their commitment to deliver it by 10 am. the next morning…. In fact, delivered it two hours earlier. I was signed up for My Chart, and the next day received a message from the doctor that all of my tests were normal. She invited me to come back if I have needs prior to my next scheduled appointment. Great doctor, great practice. As a newcomer to CA, I am delighted to have found such a jewel of an office, and a smart, wonderful, and caring doctor. The office is in Huntington Beach and I live in Irvine. It took me twenty minutes to make a ten am appointment.

Dr. Mitchell is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to listen to her patients...doesn't rush you out of the office & treat you like just another body. It's always a pleasant experience with her!
