So sadly enough I'm a frequent flyer. This time i had Dr Loriel Spelling may be wrong . She was awesome attentive and swamped. She called back several days laterTo see how i was doing . These Drs are awesome from the time i get there until i leave the staff is awesome. Thank you!

Clean establishment, Hand sanitizer and wipes at the kiosk sign in. Straightforward, short and sweet receptionist. Hospitible nature from Sachie and Juan. Don't see any issues here! Thanks guys!

These doctors and nurses are angels on earth! My daughter cut her finger and we were using our new insurance and we couldn't find anywhere that took ours. We ran in RIGHT before they were closing and they were sooo helpful, and nice and didn't rush us. Everyone was amazing! From the person who checked us in, and the doctor and the medical assistant (who needs to go to school to become a nurse or doctor she literally was AMAZING!) The doctor was soo sweet, I can't recommend this place more! They took such good care of my baby, and the stitches are perfect. A thank you will never be enough!UPDATE: The doctor just called me to check up on my daughter! Soo amazingly sweet and awesome! Great facility!

This is my standard go to urgent care , better than any others I've tried that take my insurance . I've been there For migraines , flu viruses and even a recent very scary allergic reaction to an antibiotic. They are very efficient and effective. My older kids go there too .

Bad service ever and this will be my last visit at OC urgent care that located on Bolsa and Edward. The medical assistant - her name is Jasmine was discriminated and lacked of skill in medical field. She performed PCR test and she took it personally when she met an Asian patient like me. She attempted to make my nose bleed when she was doing a PCR test by inserts a long swab depth into my nose that cause bleeding ( trust me, she attempted to hurt me due to racism). When I raised my concern towards her, she was not even apologize, she just kept talking to her colleague. Jasmine is low class with bad attitude, you shouldn’t work in medical field because you don’t know how to care for patients, no sympathy and has a very ugly personality. I regretted having you taking care of me on 10/09/2022 around 1:30PM. I should have ask for a manager after you attempted to hurt me; I will talk to my lawyer to fill out paper work and suing against you.

This place is going downhill.I took my daughter. She was sick. I just had a cold. When I showed up no one was at the desk for 10 min. So I drove to the other one. Then they said they're going on lunch so I drive back. I show up, they are about to take us back and then the other person takes a break. Ok so I'm waiting. Didn't complain. Used the bathroom. No one cleaned after the other patience left. I tested negative for everything and they gave my daughter eye drops. We get home 10X sicker. Place is dirty. Unprofessional. And so much more. I got Covid from going to their restroom or seeing the doctor. Rediculous. All cuz they had to take a ten minute break? They didn't leave a note or even cleaned or sanitized. Couple of youngster who don't care about no one but themselves. I'm so upset . And still sick, I just had a cold!!

I went in on a Saturday with one side of my face semi drooping the Dr.said it wasn't anything just allergies I asked the Dr. are you sure i didn't have a mini stroke she said no it's just allergies and send me home with eye drops and antibiotics and on Monday I went to my primary doctor she just took one look at me and diagnosed my with Bell's Palsy . Go at your own risk!
