I should have paid more attention to all of the bad reviews. Go anywhere else but here! The receptionist is extremely rude and very condescending. The PA is incredibly racist and obviously misogynistic, as if it was actually personally my fault he's not really a doctor. No wonder he didn't make it any further in school.

The staff is great here. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a urgent care. I luckily came in at the right time before lunch and they took me right in.

This place is great! I've never waited more than 20 minutes, & the staff is all very helpful and nice!

They wrongly diagnosed me with an incurable disease, missed an ear infection that is now creating problems for me and I had kidney issues from the antibiotics I got for my strep throat... they never returned my call about the misdiagnosis. I wish I could sue!!

My paper work has been delayed and seems like no one is doing anything there. I have been follow up with them several weeks ahead. Just been waiting and no responses. The lady told me she will give me an update back on Monday. She never called. I called the office found out that she is not even at work. If you know that you are not gonna be at work for the whole week. You should have relay my case work to other officer to continue or at least call me back so I know WHAT TO DO next. I am so disappointed. Poor management.

It is the worst urgent you can go . I took my daughter we stayed 2:30 & we were all 5 patients only . When I arrived the front office nurse told me waiting about an hour so I accepted. But after 2 hours:30 min & because i keep asking about our turn finally they let my daughter into be seen. But we stayed in the room for more than 30 min when I asked about the provider they said he is with a patient but guess what he was sitting in his office no patient as they said & after i complain the provider came to see my daughter. Do not go there

I would never come back. Front desk lady was rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a medical facility. The medical team (nurses and PA) where great.

First time here and had a great experience. Front office staff was nice, came in around 1:30 and was seen within 15 mins. Dr. Matt was nice overall great experience here. Thank You

Zero stars. you can't really call a place "urgent" care because there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. they let my boyfriend sit in the room after knowing he was in extreme pain and something was in his eye. the employees moped around with no rush to help alleviate his pain. We popped our heads out of the room multiple times and still nothingboooooo this place sucks

I went here for my daughters cold/flu symptoms and felt very well treated. The questions that we asked the assistant and doctor were treated with kindness and validation from our perspective. We had to make a second visit and with different staff, we were treated the same way. A thumbs up from both me and my daughter!
