AWFUL service. I am still determining what has happened in the last few years, but the level of service and how a patient is treated have dropped significantly in quality. I can never speak to an actual nurse in the office; no one returns calls, and I have to call to remind, especially on medication refills. The Hoag out-of-pocket costs for X-rays and MRIs are ridiculously overpriced (MRI Hoag quote was $630 versus Wave Imaging $83 and I have a great PPO plan). They are no longer proactive with your healthcare, only reactive. The group has gone downhill. I understand why many doctors are leaving and going concierge. I am strongly considering that, too I am just waiting for the right doctor with the best annual fee for my needs, and I will leave this place for good.
Very expensive. Wow. Just got my bill in the mail. I have been seeing rheumatologist in three states four times a year since 2016 and I usually pay between $100- $150. They charged me for 8 minutes over $400 after insurance.
Not excellent.
Responsive and caring doctor.
Dr. Homsi is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He communicates well. Wonderful person. Very happy with the care and treatment I receive. Thank you Dr. Homsi you're amazing.
Dr Nguyen carefully got me thru 13 doses of 5FU. He is compassionate about his patients. He always listened. In fact, before he left the room he would say every time, “Is there anything else?” I absolutely adore and recommend “Dr. Danny!”
Very proficient, kind, and professional. I feel that when I speak Dr. Chren really listens.
If I could give zero for the treatment of my mother I would. You constantly need to follow up for every order. There is no proactive care. So disappointed about the handling of an elderly person possibly with cancer. Will look to move treatment. Horrible patient care-or I should say lack of care. Seek better care.
The nurses and office staff are always friendly and smiling. They are excellent at follow up on my questions. My doctor is current on my relatively rare issue.
Dr Homsi is one who both listens and cares. He's clearly an expert in his field, but he also takes the time to make sure he hears what his patients are saying and feeling. He also makes certain each patient knows and understands what he's recommending.
